Our 30yo ASD daughter spent months deteriorating before I finally took her to the ER. She spent a month from Thanksgiving to Christmas in OSU psyche ward. It was and still is the worst challenge we’ve ever experienced. There are very few psychiatrists in our area and sadly, the one we have won’t move his ego aside long enough for us to discover how to control it. Prayers for you, Lilly. Keep strong.
also dystonia is a word that makes complete sense whenever i have an end of day meltdown, which is p much every night. i get cervical dystonia after i fall asleep a while, and then when i wake up my neck is awfully sore. i also used to hurt my wrists and hands by hitting my bedroom wall while screaming :O it's a good thing i didn't tell anyone irl tho.. but anyway these were pretty much just obscure self-harms
My Counselor cried during my graduation celebration at Self Abuse Finally Ends Alternatives A.K.A. S.A.F.E. after I told her that counselors (she) didn't care about their clients and were just in it for the money.

it honestly lowkey felt like that in my deep suicidality :/ after that incident my parents still think im weak

Which I then admited that maybe they do care for their clients, just in ways that are different from regular relationships.
