Nice media collection. I must admit, I'm a bit OCD with my content as well. I like my VHS tapes and DVDs to be as consistent and organised as possible. Funny thing is, I used to collect The Simpsons back in the day, about 15ish years ago, I had the first 9 or 10 seasons, and yet I never learned about that stupid Homer Head case until much later. It seems like Fox was trying to be clever with it, both in its design and their response to those who said the flimsy case sucked. Even back then, when I was only 13 or 14 and completely immersed in the show, I probably wouldn't have been impressed...
I appreciate the initiative they did for that set...but I'm with you. they should have done it from season 1 not season 6 then drop it for season set 7. Smart way to get extra money.
They released a box set in the US after a lot of people made a big stink about the head shaped box. I had to buy it right away to replace my head box. Didn’t have to buy any imports for it.
My rooms too damn small to collect dvd's, So every movies and shows I have are on USB drives that I watch on my PS5 or PS4 I have 19 seasons of the simpsons on a usb drive. Most fans stopped at 10, But for me I stopped at 19. For me, I believe past season 10 episodes were still fun and enjoyable to watch and are still better than todays PC simpsons.
The cardboard one had the season 8 discs. Seems the head had the correct ones. The Season 8 discs have a focus on photo albums, whereas Season 6 is about the suspect's to who shot Mr. Burns.
No, the cardboard one had season 8 disks. The head had the correct ones, you could just switch out the disks, the one from the head to the cardboard one@@dexstewart862
