  • We go over how to check air suspension and what options you have if you have a problem with the system. There’s many different ways to check air suspension and I’m not 100% on the other ways, this is how I check them and it might not be detailed or accurate but it works. If you have any doubts about your air suspension system consult a suspension specialist.

Great work. I still love my 2010 DTS. A neighbor's tree fell, missed the car, but a limb rested on my bicycle rack (mounted on the car) for several hours.. The car's rear end raised about 4 inches when the tree was remove weight of the limb was finally lifted. The car still rides well, but now i hear the compressor coming on more often and for a longer period. I've got a leak. After this video, I feel confident to attempt my own repair. Thanks!

Can they start making a noise ? Thanks !

They might make a squeaking noise or sound like a squeaky toy. Usually when they fail you’ll hear the compressor run constantly until the relay trips or the compressor burns up.

@@commandercornelious4065 the only thing would be an ABS sensor, those will fail and you’ll have an open. That’s about all I can think of.

@@Charlies_Corner actually now that i think of it i had an abs code and i ran it at school and it was because of the sensor i didnt think it would have to do with that though i just dont wanna buy a whole bearing because i just replaced the other one myself
