For PANAMA -PENSIONADO VISA what kind of source of pensions exactly ?? Is there any specific source or earning from fixed deposit from bank fixed deposit or earning from real estate is acceptable ??
Just to be sure, can you live in Panama while you are waiting for your permanent residency (under the Friendly nations visa) application to go through?
Hi Adam. First of all i apologize that i did not have the time to watch the entire video. I'm a 55 yr old disabled American man. I have no criminal recored. I recently came back from my first trip to Bocas town just off the Bocas Del Toro islands. I could see them from my cabin. My questions are, what Visa would be best for me? Could I apply for dual citizenship and still receive my Social Security? Is permanent residency the best option? And I heard it is necessary to hire an attorney to buy and receive title to any land or home purchased. Thanks Adam.
Looks like they don't reply to comments. Not good! What is required is a pension that states "pension for life", so lump sum will kill that. They want to see an income stream u can't get your hands on. So for pensionado visa u can have a 2 million IRA and it won't work. Stupid. Mexico residency can be had in 3 weeks, no atty and no other crap too. Need about $1500/mo tho.

In addition, I am wondering what the process or steps would be for buying land to build a small home would be?
