You guys made a video in 2021 stating that the friendly nations visa is cancelled. Your website still says that it is cancelled. Is it back or the script of this video outdated?
1st comment: Panama be like: you from country we like? Have residency friend! You also want to become citizen? We are not that level of a friend to you!
exam in the Panamanian language. how does the word "God" sound in Panamanian? Putin! how will the word "Devil" sound? Biden! Congratulations, comrade! you passed the exam. get your new passport.
Deposit 5k in a bank plus 2k per dependant plust establish econnic ties either by starting or buying a company or through employment to get a temporary residence which leads to permanent residence in 2 years. Panama is a territorial tax country meaning you're not taxed on foreign sourced income if u become a tax resident by spending enough time there
Unfortunately, Well I am normally a big fan of nomad capitalist, this content is not entirely accurate. If you decide to start your own corporation and come in as a foreign employee of that corporation, including bringing your family, you will be required to pay it yourself about $1000 per month USD, and pay taxes on that money. Coming in under your own corporation as a foreign worker is considered to be a glaring loophole in the current immigration laws, and the word is that the government is in the process of doing away with that, although that Hasn't happened yet. When it does, if it does, then there is no telling whether or not they will retroactively pull the residencies from the people who came in under that program. As for tax liability, Panama is a territorial tax system, meaning that only work done on Panamanian soil is taxed by Panama. Is your Internet based company operating on Panamanian soil, because you, the worker, are on Pennsylvania soil? That's a very good question, and also something that has been hotly debated in government circles recently. It is clearly more complicated than a 7 minute video can explain fully.
Agree but the wage paid is dependent on the work. I havent seen any field having a minimum wage even close to 1000 a month. Highest of 815 ive seen. Seems like I can get it to 345 for what im looking at. Panama has no CFC rules too but yea its a problem for a Panama company doing shit abroad from there... They may say its local
Panama has a lot of benefits no taxes and prices for apartments are at a all time low, but I'm selling one of my Apartments in the Waldorf Astoria. Contact me, if anyone is interested.
I got the friendly nations back in 2017. When I was there in October things seemed very slow. I have seen some of those at Waldorf but I don’t understand that arrangement. Hard Rock had some similar but it closed. How does that impact a property like this if the hotel closes?
Panama is actually on my list for retirement. A place I've always kept my eyes on.
They also have a pensioner visa, and low requirements, and you can work there easily with one. Many benefits.
The pensionado visa doesn’t appear to open a pathway for citizenship, unfortunately.
I thought the friendly nations visa program ended. Did it come back?

Beautiful
What does it mean "run my business"? What if I hold no title on the organization and only dedicate to it let's say 10 hours a week?
Understood. It can’t be for everyone. Very informative. I’m enjoying your content
Can you prove substance by buying 50% of an small local business?
Good info.
@Andrew Henderson, there's some confusion regarding the details of a Panamanian visa in this video. Would you comment or update the video please.
If only we could reduce tax without adding complexity...

Never seen a better clash between an accent and a script on that intro.
The Ugly American showed up. So how many languages do you speak?

Why is it at an atl?
I’m selling a one bedroom in San Francisco area with partial ocean view. Just comment on any of my videos and I’ll respond.
@@RC94332 how much you aşk for?
@@canlale5733 it’s listed at $146k but I’m willing to negotiate, especially if we go without paying a realtor commission.
