Nissan e-nv200 door lock failure

It is not possible to open driver door from outside now, so I either need to leave window open, or use passenger door to go in.
Van is booked in for the service, will see what they gonna do about it.
Mechanic from recovery said it might be mechanically disconnected from the handle, but also can be faulty unit as everything electrified those days.

Needed to change cable inside. It’s actually very similar to the one bicycles use to change gears
