All good questions and topics going ahead. In fact, I look at it as the HR Duty of Care. It is time for HR to fulfill the role not only with the organization, but toward its people - and that mean addressing the Duty of care toward them, in every crisis we all face - and there are many. Thanks Tom for your research and input.

What I have noticed is that there is more compassion with top performers and key talent. While the remaining "good performers" that are doing their job..don't receive equal compassion. Thoughts ?

Where is HR - it's a good one. But I see it conflicting with the reduction in size of HR teams. If we want HR to do more without overburdened them, there should be an understanding of the necessity of increased headcount by top management
