I like this house, I also have a few others that I got my attention. Thank you for sharing and looking forward to seeing how far you have finished decorating your home 🤗🌻💕
Ahhhhhhh!!!!!! I'VE BEEN OBESSED WITH THIS AND THE SLIGHTLY LARGER ONE TOO. Like drive by the lot even going outta my way just to see her. Yes, her. I want one of these to our forever home so bad. We're both artists, so the model with the extra bedroom would be ideal...hiw was the process for you? Hidden fees? Quality? I'm sorry, just so curious. Sigh. Lucky lady, congrats on your new home!! Oh and my idea with those bathroom windows was to "stain glass" or frost them. They even make removable options so you can change em out. Sigh again.
I've seen the frosted windows before! That would be an excellent suggestion for these! I absolutely love it and cannot wait until it gets here. As a blogger/crafter I love having enough space to have an office and a craft room... so I can see how with 2 people having the extra bedroom for a studio would be great. At this point I'm in the home stretch! Signed the closing papers yesterday. So far the process has been great. My biggest tip would be check at several different places and find one that really is doing their best to help you. The first place I looked had it priced out of my budget and wasn't willing to work with me, they wanted to sell the lot model and told me "changes on this home aren't allowed". The place I'm buying it from is selling it to me for about 15k less to fit my budget and I've compiled about 20 different changes/upgrades they're making for me without an added price tag. So far I haven't had any hidden fees or extra costs. The price has been exactly what they told me up front! I'm sitting down with the gal who's selling me the house in a month to ask her a bunch of questions in a Q&A style video so let me know if you have any questions, I'll definitely ask her!
Not having blinds in front of the bathtub makes sense if you have it on a large property Ike my cousin that has a spectacular view with no one being able to see in. That way as she baths she has a unobstructed view of the mountains and valleys in the distance. But for regular lots it's a necessity. 😆 You'd think it would be standard to have them and an option to remove instead of the other way around.
You could add those pretty films I guess you call them that go over the glass. They have tiny flower type etching, we had the real glass on our bathroom doors as kids, but it looks like etched glass, the light comes through, but you can’t see through them.
How is the process going? I’ve decided on this home also, doing the four bedroom version though. It’s just me, my little one and our cat but, I work from home so, need/want a dedicated room for an office.
It's going well! I've shared a few other progress videos and the house is finally here! Hopefully I'll be unpacking this week and can share more comprehensive updates
I only made an official video for the first day of moving since it was a 3 week process and I couldn't be present for every day. There is a 1 month update video that you can check out and I posted several updates throughout the process over on my Instagram stories if you want to see more of how they put the house together on the inside. instagram.com/happilyeverafteretc/
There is a version with 4 total bedrooms (I’m guessing that’s what you mean since this one has 3 bedrooms already) the 4 bedroom 3 bath version is the Lula Belle
Love this home and it's beautiful decoration. No clutter. Just simple and fabulous.
thank you! I really appreciate that
Great choice!! I love this home!!
Thanks!

Thank you for this. I didn’t know you can make that much changes. I hope I can search for your video when it’s all placed the way you changed it.
