Yup! Like I say at the beginning of the video this is a walk through of the model on the manufacturers lot. So that's definitely the manufacturers lot out the window.
This home model still looks great as it is ... I think it's because of the floor map that makes it absolutely a cute home. Looking forward to watching 👀 your next video. 🤗💕
The floor plan is definitely what makes this house. I looked at a very similar model (I think it's called the Turner) and it just didn't have the same feeling even though they used a lot of the same finishings and fixtures.
I am looking at purchasing this house, but I'm worried about being able to hear outdoor noises such as cars. Have you had any problems with this?
I think being able to hear cars will depend more on your location then the house... most houses won't block out car noises 100%. I haven't had any problems with it being too noisy since I moved in but my land is more remote than the last place I lived which was downtown with cars going by every five seconds! So I'm not sure I'd hear the cars either way... I've gotten use to them at this point.
