Angstrom Levy was a problem and had to go, but I couldn't help but feel sorry for him. He was a complex villain and well written. Levy seemed like a truly good person that wanted to help not only his world but many, many, many others. In most universes, he seems to be the good guy while Mark is more often the bad guy. Levy even saved Mark's life when he took the helmet off. If he did not, the Maulers would have beat him to death. Even when he was in the middle of accomplishing his ultimate goal, Angstrom cared about someone trying to stop him enough to try and save that person's life. But when he got the memories of all his alternate selves combined with the pain and disfigurement he is suffering through, he was consumed with hatred for Mark and became the villain to destroy an actual good Mark. Keep in mind that in most dimensions, Mark actually ends up siding with his father to take over the Earth, so Angstrom has a lot of memories of Mark doing terrible things.
Yeah espetialy the memories of Sinister Mark dimension and knowing what he likes to do in his spare time i geniuanely think that he bit the head off his son in front of him.

A bit of forewarning, this comment may run a bit long. 6:14, Ironically, Mark’s major struggle isn’t the danger of him becoming a killer like Nolan or even trying to prevent the Viltrumite invasion, but rather finding the balance between being a superhero and being essentially a soldier like the Viltrumites (who may be able to point at other beings for being flawed, but are completely ignorant to their own folly as greedy, egotistical supremacists who seek to impose their will on other beings for the sole reason that they are physically stronger than them). He isn’t wrong to value restraint or compassion as a result of his human heritage, nor is he wrong to pit those virtues aside when the situation calls for it (like when up against a threat like Angstrom or the Viltrumites, powerful threats that cannot be bargained, reasoned, negotiated with or effectively subdued without endangering others), but as of now, he doesn’t know how to balance those two mentalities. Ok so I will give my opinion on the case made by Anissa. In theory, an external power that comes and solves all your problems is a good thing. The common objection of "we should get to choose our leaders" doesn't really work when the majority of people on Earth don't actually get to choose their leaders. So essentially, the choice for the majority of Humans, is between incompetent or corrupt leaders who they didn't choose, or competent leaders who they didn't choose. It's a no brainer. The common objection of "the individual must have the right to choose" doesn't really work when most people are taking orders for 8 hours a day (work) and have to live somewhere near their work. Most of the big decisions, that actually have a non-momentary effect on your life, aren't made freely, but rather by you calculating the least bad option. And let's be honest, the Viltrumites won't care which ice cream flavour you pick on an outing. So most of the momentary decisions can be assumed to be protected. I do not agree with Anissa though. You will note that I prefaced my arguments in her favour by saying "in theory". This is because I believe Anissa is lying about what the Viltrumites will do, thus nullifying her reasons for why they should rule. Here's what we know. 1) The Viltrumites destroyed Allen's home planet when they thought they might lose it. We haven't seen the Unopans pose any threat to anyone so far, so we don't have good reason to believe that the Viltrumites had any greater good moral justification for destroying Unopa. It could only be to send a message to other planets that they must not resist. But why would enough planets resist benevolent rulers for those rulers to decide they need to make an example out of one of the Planets? 2) The Unopans were relatively disconnected from other planets. After their planet was destroyed, they didn't know where to go, and didn't even initially know about the Coalition of Planets. This is important, because it means that they weren't concinced by outside parties to rebel against the Viltrum Empire. They rebelled not because of what they were told might happen, but because of what they saw happen. Thus answering the question posed with fact 1. Planets are resisting because they aren't benefiting from Viltrumite occupation. So, I believe Annisa is lying about their plans.
I can think of one reason Earth might be treated differently than Allen's Planet. Omniman briefly mentions the "interbreeding rules" for Viltrumites, and how they're only allowed to mate with similar creatures to themselves, like humans. And later when the other Viltrumites are talking to Mark it's clear they recognize that he has the potential to fight with them. They might want to protect Earth for that purpose. If that really is the plan and they're gonna turn Earth into a breeding ground then you are still right. She's not telling Mark the whole truth about what will happen. I know fans of Anissa are watering at the mouth from hearing this, but I still wouldn't want to be part of the Viltrum empire under this system. They have a tendency to violently obliterate anything they think is weak. So I'd expect anybody that isn't in peak physical condition to be instantly killed off in order to make stronger children.
