  • Join me for another Walmart Spark grocery delivery ride along! Can I hit my 8 run incentive while declining this many offers? It's a close call! I also attempt to gain Clicks & Subs by creating drama!

This weekend we had incentives of $4 per order with no limit. It was pretty nice. That doesn’t happen often but maybe it will be a new trend 😀

That is a good incentive! I get the trip goals, but I'd much rather the blanket bonuses.

If the drama well really runs dry, maybe we could get a sparking food review segment of lunch that day in the truck.

i have stopped doing spark this month because of scammers. 10 buck 3 drop waiting 30 mins to load up .

Yeah really depends on how busy your store is whether it can support scammers and legit drivers. Our scammers are still here but seems like they're behaving now that a few of us put pressure on them and management.

I see the split window in the back. Are you driving a full size van? MPG must be horrible??

2003 tahoe 307k miles. Gas mileage sucks but I'm still profitable. Less in the summer with AC blasting in the front and rear.

So glad I haven't had to deal with tip baiting.

Regarding no tip offers, tip baiting is so out of control in my market that I'm beginning to appreciate the no tip offers, especially the ones with higher base pay
The past week alone I lost over $80 due to tip baiting, adding more customers and addresses to my large, and ever growing blacklist
I noticed some notorious tip baiters are now ordering from another store in my home region, and using different accounts, however I recognize the addresses
These aren't tips, but offers to independent contractors for their services, so it's fraud as we base acceptance upon the total $ of the offers

We dont have a tip baiting issue here, thank goodness. I wouldn't do this if we did.

@@firststatedelivery Tip baiting is so common that I'm highly suspect of many high tip offers unless I've delivered to the customer, or address before
I network with a large group of other high volume veteran Spark drivers, and we share our blacklisted customers, and addresses which helps
Recently while standing in a group of veteran Spark drivers we helped each other avoid 3 known repeat tip baiters during a single 20 minute window of time, as well as sharing info about numerous other customers, and addresses that had tip baited that week alone
Some veteran Spark drivers even avoid roads, streets, apartment buildings, and mobile home parks as they forget which customers, which house number, which apartment number, or which lot number tip baited them
Some regions, neighborhoods, streets, roads, apartment buildings, and mobile home parks are notorious for tip baiting, and their reputations for other bad things also well known
This is why I often prefer the low, or moderate item count, low mileage no tip, or low tip offers with a decent base and/or incentives
