As a book historian whose done a good bit of research on material support (paper, parchment, etc), the "20 sheets of paper (usually papyrus)" bit is cracking me up.
Clever kit, can you do another project like this now that you have advanced your level? Some of us newbies would like/need a more in-depth guide of simple wet forming and how to set up the stich marks
Subbed, purely due to your video editing, and general D+D nerdiness. I love the text on the screen (placement and color!) and the thumbnail video in video showing the finished product while you're showing the parts being cut out.
Love this! Maybe consider adding a liner of slick fabric like satin or something, so the scrolls slide in and out easier. I'm curious if that is even an issue.
Do you think I could adapt this to make one the size of a poster tube? I’m a fashion student and often have to carry large paper patterns across campus, but I don’t like folding them because the creases make them less accurate. I’ve been thinking of making something like this to protect a rolled up pattern, but every scroll case I’ve seen is about this size. I love your channel ever since I stumbled across the expanding backpack video and I’ve been gradually watching through your videos. They’re all very creative, and your enthusiasm is infectious
If there's one thing I love it's a magical/fantastical language I can write in I have a folder of bookmarks to charts that translates them and I've been getting into Conlang as a result which dragon language do you like more Skyrim or D&D?
You can also use this to hide a modern plastic bottle when you're out on a trip to a Renaissance fair and don't want to break interesting while still being able to restock your water
Great vid, as usual. Something else to be added to my list of things try and make, still working on my helm. Ohh just had an great idea for a project, could try making a stand / manaquin to display your armour. Could be I’m betting pretty simple to make or complex depending on imagination and design.
everyone who stumbles on this channel and doesnt subscribe is crazy! Such great content!
Thanks, brother! Right back at tou. Loving your work!
its just the videos are amazing and i happen to stumble upon a leatherworking video first so im addicted to that mostly because it just looks amazing

I just found your channel half an hour ago and I think I found my new fav channel, you deserve way more subs man :D
Glad you like what you found! Let me know if you have any skills you want added to the list!
Did you ever get around to making smaller versions of this as potion vials?
Awesome project now you just need some old parchment style map with elvish writing to go in it, or wizard spells for D&D.
What if his next video he made just that?
🤔.... yes. I will make this thing.
I am sure what ever the next video is I am instantly going to stop what I am doing and watch.
Same
Yeah, but i'll be the first.
Do anyone know what cl3vers discord server are called and how to join it?
Looks great
Thanks!😁
This video inspired me to make a scribes writing case. Thanks skill tree
These are excellent for storing TCG playmats.
That turned out awsome!!!

I would love to see how you make an actual scroll, doesnt have to be for this case, but something cool like you always make!

Loving it! I especially liked the dremel part. That inspired me. Thank you, Sir!
Thank YOU for watching!

the bigger it is, the more difficult it'll be to manipulate, but it's definitely doable. you might have a hard time finding big sheets of leather
Beautiful
Excellent document tube, but I'd strongly suggest that you dye the inside as well. Makes it look a little better when you open it.
😂 when you put the leather in the water, it looked like bologna.🤣
The script is actually in the Player’s Handbook and not the guide. Great video though! Thanks for the idea!
Awesome job man! I'm gonna fall behind if I can't get leather soon.
hello!

This channel is great.

Newly subscribed and bell rung ... An EPIC channel.

Scale this up and it's a case for a wine bottle.
Another leather skill to add onto my to do list...
