  • Controlling the RGB LED of 8 LEGO BLE devices at the same time:
    - 2 Powered Up "Hub NO.4"
    - 2 BOOST "Move Hub"
    - 3 WeDo 2.0 Smart Hub
    - 1 Powered Up "Handset"
Using a Broadcom-based (Broadcom BCM20702A) USB BLE dongle. It support up to 14 simultaneous BLE sessions but latency increases with the number of sessions

Current BOOST firmware is not compatible with the handset. There is a chance it might be, in future, but no roadmap.
You can use a laptop or a Raspberry Pi or anything that can make a BLE session to the the handset, see my blog: ofalcao.pt/blog/series/lego-powered-up-remote-control
