    What a great format. Not spam at all, no idea why you thought that. It's got a bit of a QVC vibe going with the graphics on the right and the spinny platter lol. And I think the two price levels are helpful in determining how good a deal is.

    Go go go man! But also, I would rather a video like this than a simple “top 5”. I love how thoughtful you are around giving recommendations for different tunings, so even if this isn’t a simple top 5, I think things you recommend here are more useful than a top 5😊

    • @tranner85

      It is exactly that, more useful than a simple top 5. If I was looking for IEMs under $100 and I knew my personal preference for sound, I would definitely appreciate this, separating them into different tunings. Not everyone likes the same sound. Fortunately for me I know what I like and already own his recommendations :)

    Nice vid. I just got the CCA Hydro from the 11/11 sale for $85 (list at $110 I think). It surprised me and I would include it as one to consider under $100. This is my target price range and I have a few of these on the list. I think you did a great job with selection here. For me that likes neutral warm, I have the Delci and EW300 and both are amazing. I think the EW300, even with the silver nozzles is warm enough that I don't find them fatiguing at all. I can't decide with ones I like more and keep switching back and forth. They are very similar though... I probably didn't have to buy the EW300, but it gives me slightly better technicalities and versality I guess.

    Thank you my good sir 😊 I really need the comparisons. Fast, simple, to the point.
    Btw which ones do you recommend for classical music? I'm looking for clear separations, quality bass (rumble, texture, extension but not dominant, just enough), clean mids, balanced male & female vocals (not overpowering each other), bright, airy/extension treble (not harsh and sibilant) and just enough details that are not fatiguing. Imaging and soundstage are not really a priority to me.
    Also, I came from Tin Hifi C3 which is my first IEM. I actually like the thing, but my one issue is the dark, suffocating, non airy/no extension treble. I equipped it with the tangzu tang sancai eartips.
    My edc is the now discontinued sony extra bass earphones. But the bass is just too dominant, even though I really like it. After I switch the eartips into Tangzu tang sancai, it sounds much better. Mids are no longer recessed and the treble (in some songs only, rare occurance) is no longer sibilant. I really recommend the tang sancai for any V shaped earphones/buds/IEMs.
    Thanks. Cheers. God bless.

    • @AudioAmigoReviews
      @AudioAmigoReviews  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I’m a planar IEM fanboy. For classical music the speed and accuracy the driver provides makes for great detail and resolution.
      Check out the Letshuoer S12 Pro or the NiceHCK F1 pro depending on how much bass you want.
      If you want full details for purely classical music, try out the Moondrop Stellaris.
      At low/moderate volumes it’s an absolute superstar with big symphonies.

    A lot of appreciation for the quality of the content.
    I'd just like to ask, i'm in a position where i can get all three mays, xuan nv, verse 1's for pretty much 70€ (considering i need a dac), which one do you think is the less fatiguing and warm (not too much) to listen to, I'd prefer a rather normal audio signature, ideally not very bass heavy and perhaps even a little elevation on the high presence.
    Or should i just wait till 29/11 hoping to get a deal on the novas, i have very little coins rn

    • @AudioAmigoReviews
      @AudioAmigoReviews  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Fudu is the most relaxing sounding of that group. It's close with the Xuan Nv, but the extra midbass on the Fudu calms it down that little bit extra.
      I don't find the Fudu to be too bassy, but if you're worried about that the Xuan Nv is a good middle ground in terms of treble energy between the May and the Fudu.
      The Xuan Nv is the closet to "Neutral" from that group, and the May has extra energy in the upper mids and treble that make it more V-shaped.
      I'd go with the Fudu if you want something warm, and the Xuan Nv if you want something more neutral. I don't think I've seen anybody call the XuanNv fatiguing. I sure wouldn't

      The P20 is an underrated IEM. It's a chill, relaxed planar like the S08, but it's a bit more V-shaped than the S08. A little bit more bass, and a little bit more treble. The Treble presentation can be a little wonky with the way the harmonics are handled, but if you don't mind that, it's a very underrated planar IEM, especially when it's under $80. @@estrella4677 my favorite KZ Planar by a country mile. Haven’t compared it to other Planars yet though.

    Is 11.11 the sale with the biggest discount throughout a year?

      I'd say 11.11 and 12.12 are within marginal to each other. But you can get better deals outside of these sales on occasion

      Most of my sales prices are based on the summer sales. Some stores do better deals for 11.11, others for the summer sale or other sales. Depends on what the company feels like.
