He can't even back up his story about why he had her cars towed with his evidence: the evidence that he tries to pass off doesn't work out well for him. Judge Judy ends up dismissing his case and giving her 5,000 dollars for his illegally having her cars towed. Which she DID have evidence to back up.

When I stayed with friends in Arizona they had a painter and they didn't like something he did so they immediately called the cops. Here we would have tried to sort it out amicably first. I found him to be really shifty too. I mean they were both incredible, but I found her to be MORE credible. Something about him just didn't ring true to me right from the start. Notice how for one thing he has an excuse for no CURRENT pictures of the house. And then later on, the cars that he could've had towed were EVERYONE'S BUT HERS!!! His Abatements had NOTHING to do with her cars, they were all about the disabled and non-running cars. So what he did there was completely illegal. That's what completely destroyed his credibility for me and for the judge in the end.

For cases like these, I would love to see a battle royale with 5 different parties of defendants and 2 different parties of plaintiffs and all of them arguing over whose at fault and liable for how much in damages.
