As an attorney I cringe when people say, “what does that have to do with this.” The 1st rule of evidence is… the judge determines what is or is not relevant.

@@orelas167 exactly! We’re saying the same thing! :) So the law says, that evidence must be relevant to the case. Further rules define what makes evidence “relevant.” It’s a pretty broad standard.
Rule 401 states to be relevant the evidence 1. Has a tendency to make a fact more or less probable than it would be without the evidence and 2. The fact is of consequence in determining the action.
So during a trial, the judge decides questions of law. Meaning the judge interprets the law. So the judge ultimately interprets whether something meets the requirements found in rule 401 on relevance. Because the rules so broad often times the Judge will find the evidence to be relevant. Which is why Relevance is usually a bad objection. Hope this clarifications helps!

He apply to recourt. I forgot the court term but yeah you can do that. In this case he brought back this case because it left unsolved. Another reason, if you unsatisfied with judge decisions. You can do that at most 3 times I think? Not so sure. Yes you can do that but whether you won or not depending on evidence you have. No matter how many time you bring same case to the court, if you don't have strong evidence and reasons you still will lose.

Hes a very angry person I can understand why people wouldnt want to be in his life I'm sure these assaults weren't all on men if any I think they were on women is why he got defensive when the judge asked him lots of questions. He seems to be someone who would snap and hit his partner hes really aggressive I would be scared of him
