Wow is good rob thank for sprise me for this video my name is majizzo ithink you see me in video from pemaaa❤❤❤ .. welcome pemba my friend hakuna matata.
Hey Majizzo! Thank you again for showing us around your village. It was a wonderful experience for us all. Although I need to lift my tree climbing game!!
Barcelona is an amazing city to visit and looks like the boys were having a great time. It's great that they managed to get out on a boat for the racing, it's quite incredible to see those boats close up.
The clove bit was very interesting and Rob attempting to climb tree was hilarious. Hopefully you didn't feel ill after drinking the water from the well. Good to see Finn and Ivan taking a trip together to Spain. Looking forward to next video
I have to say I'm more of a fan of the older America's Cup sailing boats/yachts than of all this new fangled, hi-tech stuff. But exciting to watch none the less! Great to see the oldest and youngest tromping around Europe. They seem to be having a blast! Rob. At your age gravity is no longer your friend. I'm a decade plus older and learned, acknowledged, and live with this impediment 😅😅😅 You guys hit some of the most beautiful, and out-of-the-way locations to dive/snorkel. So lucky. We appreciate that you share these experiences with us. I kinda think Rob may have been the most colorful fish in that dive 🎉
Another amazing episode with an ending being serenaded with Hakuna Matata, what more could you ask for! ❤❤I Love Ivans's new channel, it is nice to life through his humor, eyes, and views.
Well I see the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona still has construction cranes hanging around LOL. I last visited there in 1976 when I was about Ivan’s age and it looked pretty much the same, cranes and all!
@ there are so many places around the world I’d love to go back to just to see how they’ve changed and for nostalgia. In the meantime I’ll follow families like yours along your journey and relive it through your eyes.
Jambo Keep some clove oil if you get tooth ache but watch it as it can push up the blood pressure .. its a bit of a super food and great flavouring for fruits. Some species of Jack fruits can also be used as a substitute for meat.. and ive used them in a curry..😋 its an unusual texture. Asante assana..
Another awesome video from my favorite people, great to catch up with Finn and Ivan also, I got to watch Ivan's video also and loved it, hope to see more from him.
Ivans sense of humour is brilliant! "Seen it, lets go" 😂😂 And i was wondering if the rope on your feet was uncomfortable when you almost ran up that tree....almost
Yes another entertaining episode guys, pity Rob did not climb the coconut tree, the locals made it look so easy, good to the lads catch up in Barcelona, Rob should of pulled some strings to get the lads into the NZ camp, may next time, until the next episode, safe sailing, God Bless and Merry Christmas 🎄
Once again, another interesting and fun video... Only, Rachel, I belive Vudu started in Africa, was taken to Haiti by slaves. Handy and crafted these Tanzanies!! That tree climbing... OMG! And the way he choped the delicius coconut... (Rob, glad you didn't tried further... Javelot can't afford and injured captain before it tge guys come back!). But thanks for putting the fun touch while Ivan (making friends while vlogging 👌🤙) and Declan are away, haha. And yeah, Finn, unfortunadtely, not even your kiwi charm could fix the madness to get tickets... Feel bad you guys couldn't get inside😢 By the way, congrats on the victory at the Sail GP! Even if you guys beat Spain, I was glad for you, Kiwis! And wow!! That last sail dive... and Mocha on guard on top of Javelot...❤ Have fun, Team Hamill, in your different places. Safe journeys, fair winds!
I've been devouring your Tanzania vids! Thank you. Very few cruisers on YT have gone there. I don't know how far behind time your vids are but have you thought of going to Kenya? It will be much like Tanzania but I would like to see someone exploring the Kenyan coast. I was there 42 years ago.
@@TheCruisingKiwis No unfortunately I've been doing FIFO work so i miss a lot of episodes to be honest, but now that you've mentioned it I will go look for the episode.
Dearest Rachel & Rob, Gosh I love you guys and your TH-cam Channel. You have inspired me to start my search to purchase my own Sailboat. Should I buy something Brand New, or should I purchase a Boat that is 2-3 years old and would have been through all it warranty issues & had them fixed, or should I be looking @ a pre-loved sailboats, and what would you recommend as the oldest boat I should purchase? Your Help would be SO Appreciated!!! Happy Safe Travels & Supreme Awesome Sailing, Best Wishes, Kylie PS so far I’ve looked @ a Brand New Beneteau 34.1 from the Sydney Boat Show (it’s now considered a Demo Model, as it didn’t sell @ the Show held in 8/2024) 🖤🖤 🖤💛💚💛⛵️💙❤️💙❤️💙
Hi Kylie thank you! I guess you're looking at mono hulls then. I think you've already answered the question about buying new😉. It's nice to have the budget to do so but there are potential inherent issues with that. FWIW or boat is 20 years old and going strong. If I had the budget again though I'd probably look at something 2-5 years old.
Y’all’s episodes are more fun and informative than most National Geographic shows. Also, Rob is NUTS! Trying to climb a tree like a 20-year-old when you’re no telling how far from first world medical care - SMH!
Cracked myself, Rob! Way to go up that palm tree!
Rob the gymnast!

Ivan has such a great sense of humor! It must have been so special for your Mum to have the boys visit
Yes, Gangang loved seeing the boys. Very special.
Always nice to see a video from my favorite Kiwi sailing channel!

Woke up in the night, had to check TH-cam. Always interesting stuff from the Kiwis! Thanks!

@TheCruisingKiwis Merry Christmas to you all as well.
I have just turned 50, and I think I wouldn't climb as much as you did, Rob. My knees started to hurt just by watching you try! 😅
To be fair, it was still a rather feeble effort though huh

Merry Christmas team! I'm disappointed I didn't have a real crack at getting a moderate height up that tree. A half hearted effort I reckon🤨😊

Another great episode!
Thank you Vern
Quant Episode. Good while eating Breakie. Rob - I thought Kiwi's where ground dwellers.
I think Rob proved your point a little too well.
Nice Rob! Would’ve made repairs up the mast a lot easier had you mastered the skill!
Ah yes indeed. In the interim I'll send the not up. 😉
Pemba island was really nice. We spent many weeks sailing from the southern side all the way to Njao gap really nice
Wish we had spent more time there.
Rob may have found the key to happiness....
