ये लगता है कि कोर्ट में आपको केवल धाराओं से ही सिद्ध करना पड़ता है मतलब आपका वकील अगर गलत है परंतु धाराओं से सही परूव कर दे व जिसके साथ अन्याय हुआ है वो ना सिद्ध कर पाये तो तो सत्य हारेगा और झूठ जितेगा मामले से कोर्ट का कुछ नहीं लेना देना अफसोस अब समझ में आया न्याय के लिए पैसे ना बर्बाद करें क्योंकि यहां धाराएं लड़ती हैं वास्तविकता से कोई लेना देना नहीं अब समझ में आया सालों कोर्ट में न्याय क्यों नहीं मिलता जब वास्तविकता बोल कर बतायी जाती है तो डिफेंस नहीं चलेगा बोल कर हटा दिया जाता है

केस यह है जब अधिकारी दो नंबर का पैसा अपने पिता के नाम पर जमा कर लालच में किसी को उधार दे देते हैं तो लेने वाला पैसे तो वापस देता ही नहीं है उल्टा एफआईआर और कर देता है चेक चोरी की। मतलब अब जो पैसा खर्च करेगा अच्छा वकील करेगा बाल की खाल निकालने के बाद वही जीतेगा।

Farji entry ka baat to aap samajh gaye ab entry karwane wale ke baare me sochiye Mera case me spot enquiry ka aadesh ek sal pahle hua lekin aaj 15/3/24tak sahi enquiry nahi hua 23/9/23ko ek enquiry report Mera file me lagwa diya jiske khilaf me dono wakil aarop prayarope ka daur chala rahe hai ab kub Tak aarop pratyarop ka daur challa kar dono wakil court ka bahumulya samay barbaad karke ke court me case ka no.lagwate rahenge o to samay aane par malum padega
