(1) People belonging to BPL have no right to marry.
(2) Husband is liable to give maintenance even if wife earns more than him.
(3) Wife should not give affidavit in any situation to disclose her income and assets.
(4) My (this judge) own home made laws are above of supreme court's decisions and laws of the land.
(5) A poor man can't marry well to do woman.
(6) Husband should give registration to his job and forcefully live in the house of their in-laws/wife. What a joke.😂😂😂

law is correct but practice is incorrect, 125 maintanence law doesn't say that husband have to maintain wife, it use the word "spouse". So husband can also demand maintanence from wife and such cases are already won by many husbands.

जज साहब CRPC 125 को पढ़ लीजिये एक बार फैसला सुनाने से पहले. 125 ये कहता है कि पति पत्नी मे से जो पैसा कमा रहा है वो मैंटिनन्स देगा अगर पत्नी अपनी मर्जी से पति से अलग रह रही है और पैसा भी कमा रही है तो ऐसे मे मैटिनन्स देना पत्नी की नैतिक जिम्मेदारी भी बनती है और लॉ भी यही कहता है लॉ जेंडर बायोस नही है कि मैटिनन्स की जिम्मेदारी सिर्फ पति की ही है... इसलिए सवाल पति से पूछने के बजाय पत्नी से पूछिये कि जब उसे अलग रहकर पति से मैंटिनन्स लेना था तो गरीब आदमी से शादी क्यों किया?

Even I am not from judiciary background but I can challenge this Court that I can prove the argument of H'ble Justice wrong .
Marriage is a conjugal right and legitimise only when both sides are okay If judge said why the boy deceive the girl if they don't have sufficient to cater the demand of wife this statement reflecting the biasness of judge and on the other hand they indirectly proclaiming that women is subordinate to a men that's by she required to relied upon their male partner to cater their own need
If women have equal right according to our constitution then she can take care of herself rather then relying anyone
Shame on such a biased judicial system. This judge is making a statement that the person married a girl without income, how can he be so sure that the person was not earning any money at time of marriage. What if after a few years of marriage a person becomes unemployed?

Judge looks biased. If man is earning less than wife then it is mentioned that spouse has to maintain the partner (based on law) not Husband has to maintain the wife. Stating this, "If you cannot earn why did you marry". It clearly against their mutual decision. A poor man has all the rights to marry someone. Justice should be served based on law and facts.
