Mera case SDM court me 2017 se 2024 tak chal hi raha hai jo ek sal pahle spot enquiry ka aadesh hua lekin real spot enquiry ke jagah dono wakil milkar aarop pratyarop ka daur chala rahe hai ye kub tak chalega ya kub judgements hoga uska koi hissab nahi hai pahle to 2nd party 6sal tak ek bhi date attend na karke baahar baahar case mannage karte raha or mera wakil 6sal tak humko bahut baar bolne ke baad intejar karte rahe or 6 sal baad Feb.23 ko notice bhejwaye uske baad March23 ko written petition dekar date attend karna suru kiya jo written petition diya uska copy mera wakil Lal Babu Prasad recived karke us samay se abhi tak uska copy apne muwakil ko nahi dekar tal bahan karke ghum rahe hai or bhare court me dono wakil or SDM ke samne jivan bhar case chalne ki baat bole kar baahar nikkal gaya or mera wakil koi objection na karke chup chhap sunte rahe

भवदीय न्यायालय में सच सामने फाइल में उपलब्ध होने पर भी "भूतपूर्व सैनिक पुनर्नियोजन" के लिए मप्र शासन राज्यपाल द्वारा जारी गजट नोटिफिकेशन दिनांक 13.04.1987 किसी भी तरह की नवीन नियुक्ति (भर्ती) के लिए निर्धारित नियम में अधिनियम 309 अन्तर्गत उपनियम 6 के पैरा 2 में निर्धारित सभी योग्यता को समय पूर्व अक्षरशः पूर्ण करता हूं। सम्बंधित कार्य का पांच छः वर्ष कार्यानुभव भी। सच सामने होने पर भी नजरंदाज किया गया।
जीवन बर्बाद हो गया है।
दिक्कत ये हैं कि पुलिस अफ़सर अक्सर खुलकर बात नहीं कर पाते हैं क्योंकि उन पर हर जगह से दबाव डाला जाता हैं क्योंकि दबाव देने वाले लोग ये कभी नहीं चाहते कि सच सामने आए और हमारा नाम न आए,इसलिए पुलिस प्रशासन पर हमेशा हर जगह से दबाव बनाया जाता हैं अगर समय पर काम पूरे होंगे तो एजेंडा बनाने वाले लोगों का हर बार एजेंडा ही ध्वस्त हो जाएगा
