    Stephanie, I quickly skimmed the practice - it looks amazing, but way too advanced for where my abdominal strength/back pain is at today. But I look forward to the day that I can do this practice. Maybe I'll try it and do what I can.
    I'm going to have to keep what Abhijata said in mind during the sadhana last month about telling myself "I can't do it"....

    Hi Steph! A couple of things....on the last sequence, I can't comfortably put my palms on the floor. I can fully lift up, push into my heels and roll my shoulders back but its more comfortable with my hands just floating above the mat. Thoughts? Also, what does it matter how high the brick is under my sacrum? Once I lift I just lift as high as I can. I don't get why the elevation of the brick is relevant. Is my body tricked into going higher if the brick is higher? Finally, tell Steve he did not respond to my birthday messages. Its the 17th right?

    Your yoga pants looks very comfortable and seems made up of cotton. Can u please tell us what's it called and where can we buy it. Bcz while stretching I don't feel comfortable in yoga pants.
