Sad to see low comments on a great experiment! Thanks for the time and effort to help us out!
I am finding out these reverbs are very weak compared to actual stomp boxes.
Full on, these Spark reverbs comparatively have very small discernable differences, detectable to trained ears like yours.
If they were actual pedals, there would be obvious powerful differences and sculpting.
    Much appreciation! Aloha from Maui!

Really glad you liked it! I'm thinking about doing some more gear videos. Any suggestions?

Suggestion: do these WITHOUT the distortion. Use a clean tone to hear the different ‘verbs.😊

This is a great idea, but, sorry, the reverb sound barely comes through on the recording, unless you set up for a very long reverb or crank up the dwell. (Or it’s just my ears or something? ) The reverb in the advertising on TH-cam and Bias FX stuff is clearly audible to me, though.
Your mic seems to have nice reverb for voice, unless I’m mistaken. Are you playing your amp through the mic, or directly to your recording device.

I’ve driven myself nuts listening to Reverbs on my Spark. Too many options and too many knobs, yet no “spring reverb.” Shit. Anyhow, I think I like the Holy Grail the best.

PG reverb needs more variety and better knob choices.

@@Jbuginasyou have to be joking, right?

@@bldallas I’m working on learning them, but I liked the Bias FX choices better, including a “wet/dry” option (Blend), as well as spring choices. (I used to have amps with spring reverbs.) The Spark settings aren’t quite as flexible, IMHO, as Bias FX. You can do some stuff with the time/dwell/damping, but it never quite sounds right through the speakers, to me.
That said, I prefer the simplicity of the Spark app vs the Bias FX choices (which lead to somewhat of a paralysis sometimes). But, the reverb stuff has been taking a long time for me to get comfortable with. I sometimes end up using delay options. I do wish more of the Spark effects had a clearly labeled “wet/dry”(blend) options available, as you see in Bias FX and Logic Pro options. I can’t quite tell if the “level” options do that, and as of yet, I can’t find documentation for what the Level does on the pedal sims. I’ve searched all over for it, and would love to find something written to help explain the options. (I’ve been doing through videos in TH-cam, too).
In the end, I really like the simplicity of the compressor->drive/gain->amp->mod->delay->reverb chain. Much easier to dial in a good sound than in Bias FX. I don’t get lost in the weeds as often as I did in Bias FX, and I end up playing more than futzing.

@@Jbuginas no idea what you’re talking about with Bias FX.
If a classic Fender tube amp with a spring tank can get by with a single knob for reverb, I fail to see the need for 6 knobs per reverb style and 8 or 9 different reverb types.
If it were up to me there would be 1 reverb “pedal” with maybe 4 different types of reverb (spring, long plate, hall, etc) and 2 knobs for speed and intensity. Simple, but still tones of tone options.
