I’m organizing my space while watching - I’ve got that same ancient marine here with the odd pistol (it looks like just a knife and no muzzle?) and still have my Imperial Guard box too. Clear plastic boxes and labels are your friends, reused brown cardboard is not (hides the contents, somehow dustier, and breeds silverfish who eat the paper around here). That paint shaker looks awesome once stabilized - or get 2 and they can race.
It must be so satisfying to build a space from scratch with all the wisdom of fuck ups past, congrats on getting this all done and making it look so good! Look forward to seeing videos from the new workspace. Glad you're feeling better as well, food poisoning sucks.

I'm absolutely stoked for your AvP video. I've been noticing all the boxes in the background of your videos for ages now and been like "I have a loft full of all that stuff and am wanting some inspiration to resume assembling and painting but want to do it justice!"
Great video. You can also use your AvP miniatures for their table-top wargame AvP: Unleashed. It's actually a great game! Super cinematic and on point with it's theme and mechanics.

Your opening statement is truer than id like to admit. I gave tons of warhammers. Recently had a small fire on the exterir of my house which gave me the motovation to remodel a bit for more space and enclosed shelves to display said warhammers. Have since aquired more warhammers.
Mine was no where near as ambitious but I felt those words in my soul hahaha. You've got an amazing space there man, congrats and great job!

Great vid. I'm doing the same thing you are right now. Just got a laundry sink installed, have my sonic cleaner and printer on a table next to it to be set up. Mainly, I'm sorting box after box of parts and minis. Its a process, but it gets exciting when the end is in sight!!! (LOVE the AVP stuff, so yes, please, do a vid!!!)
I had all the stuff for avp and was one of my fave games I've had. Due to losing my job and covid I had to sell it all. Worst thing I've had to do with my hobby. Miss it all so much. Love the set up so far. Looks great!
