I think they mixed up Ken from street fighter with Ken from Barbie

I think its based on the street fighter 4 artstyle
I dig the anime look. It matches the SH figsrts anime motif.
Ken's hair was meant to look like his SF4 vs pic but its still a bit short.
It's the lack of volume the length is about right maybe slightly too short
Oof. It's like the factory put the wrong head on the figure. Looks more like a teenage Link than it does Ken. Plus his body looks like he's been in a coal mine all day and only washed his face when he got home.

If they continue to make younger look for SF, at least make them Alpha version...so, Ken need long hair and ponytail.

The whole head is a complete miss, the proportion, hair and face.
It looks like they were going for a ken from SF4 but just didn't get the hair and face quite right.
Amazing review yet again! The face look as if they modeled it after Street fighter alpha 3 but attempted to give him an Udon comics flashback hairstyle while retaining the neck articulation.

Anthony, could you please do a video on 'articulation/parts done right' or something to that effect. For example, SHF Cammy's knees were horrible. You could then show us a figure with good knee sculpt, how Cammy's knees should have been... etc...

Kens hair is like this in sf4 art and sf ex 2 art but his hair should be slightly longer the bangs are okay but the back should be like a mm longer and more volume
I wish they would use the art style of sf3rdstrike. Ken looks cool and is OP in that game.

Yeah the haircut definitely looks odd but it might be his SF1 look, still a bit too short but close enough.
SF1 Ken would also be younger than his Alpha counterpart, so it would make sense.
Anthony, did you give a price range for the figures? or your opinion on what a good price for them are after your reviews?

But after review, are there times you say to yourself, "i would not have paid this much for this figure that wasn't good?" like that Vegeta 2.0 figuarts review you did.
The reason why his hair is short is because it's based of his Capcom vs SNK/Street Fighter IV look. That's as far as I know.
Even if it is, it's still not accurate

S.H. why the mediocre figures? This isn't bad, but it's not what it should be. Like look at storm, theirs are a little stylized but this doesn't even look like ken from the neck up. Not bad but not great. However, your video was great Anthony! Btw, that fire FX piece was cool.
He does look like ken just not like he did in 4
