Storm collectibles are weird. They have great articulation points but poorly engineered on most figures and a massive pain in the ass to pose and get anything natural from them
I can't wait til I have mine,I gotta wait til July because of the site I ordered from. A couple corrections I gotta make, this figure is based on how he looks in SF4 and he only had a ponytail in SF Alpha. The color of his gloves are from SF4 as well. Overall i still love this review and I'm excited to get mine
Looks better than i expect, in the promotional images ken doesn´t look nice, but seing him in a video i can realize out is a good figure, i don´t have any sf so maybe is the time to get Ryu, Ken, Akuma and maybe Chun-li, and also i will wait for sakura, maybe she will be the same as for ken who doesn´t look nice in the product images but in video looks really nice

Another correction I have to make is, Ryu does have the ab crunch underneath his gi as well. It's just harder to do his but you just have to hold the lower joint in place so you don't move the whole top. Keep playing with it to loosen it.
Hope they continue with this line. I got from Ryu to R. Mika already, and waiting for Ken and Sakura to arrive. Guile, Juri, Bison, Laura and Menat would be awesome!! Great review!! I missed Mika on the size comparations part, though xD
This ken got a lot of unfair flack in my opinion...it has the same body of SHF Ryu (which is really solid and posable) with the obvious minor differences and the faces are quite expressive and faithful to SFIV (granted, not my favorite Ken design). It's not groundbreaking or an amazing figure but it's certainly the best action figure of Ken I've ever seen.
I really dig all of these except Cammy. Ill probably get alot of hate for this but I was never a big fan of the character. The SH Figuarts figure just looks so unappealing to me. I hope they continue putting these out though.
Hate to be the akshuly guy, but Shotokan Isn't used anymore since that's not the name of their fighting style. Shotokan was just something that was put in one of the American instruction manuals. Their actual fighting style is called Ansatsuken. Great review though. The head looks much better than in the teaser photos. I'm looking forward to getting him.
He DOES. It's only in SFIV where his in game model has blue, which is probably a mistake because all of his artwork still has brown like it's supposed to be.
I have the ryu and it's not, the belt and bottom part of the gi is a separate floating piece, and the shoulders of the gi are separate from the top piece, still a good figure but I like the storm figures better

Ken didn't have a pony tail in Street Fighter 2. That was in the Street Fighter Alpha series.
SHF ken is easier to pose. more fun than Storm Collectables. hope they continue with more classic characters.

This based on street fighter IV. The gloves are Orange in that game. The face and hair are a but off. But the figure looks great anyway.
