Nicely done! I watched it at 3/4 speed (ha) and I actually like the one-arm hangers since it gets the job done with less parts. Good job in only 3 days!
I just wonder how they build it so quickly the game was only anoucmented on Saturday and yet not even a week later some teams already have a robot made
this is a Ri3D team (Robot in 3 Days), a team made of typically alums and mentors of other FRC teams that build very basic solutions. it's a great resource for actual FRC teams to look at and potentially copy from, but these Ri3D teams do not actually compete in competitions
The chassis is based off of 3792's Chassis, which is usually a 6 wheel. This one has removed tractions to just use the 4 omnis, in such drifts super well.
@kraig7847 It's actually not a 6 wheel drive, we just have 4 omnis chain drivin by 2 cims each! It was drifting so much partially due to the omnis and the heavy coating of dust on the floors. The 3792 chassis has 2 falcons on a chain which drives all 3 wheels on each side.

We didn't put traction wheels in the center somewhat out of laziness, but mostly for fun haha

they probably have similar robots and swap parts some adjustments and thats it
