    That's a really nice design. I like it for some of those older tractors that don't have front hydros like the old Ford 8n/9n.

  • @jimmcknight3021
    @jimmcknight3021 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    You are absolutely right that this is great for an old tractor without a front-end loader 🎉. The company has combined the old back scoop attachment to the carryall product to make a great new combination! If we hadn't bought our new tractor, I would buy this in a heartbeat for our old tractor with no FEL. I still might , but we need some other things first.

  • @JGoodwin

    For people moving with both the back and front end, it may be best to drop the back first, then turn around to use the front bucket so they can tidy the pile.

    Seems like this would work even better with a hydraulic top link. Yet another nice piece of equipment that I can't afford. Thanks a lot, Courtney!
    🤣
    Seriously, love your content. You just have a good grasp for what people could really use. Other channels seem to start out that way, and then "graduate" to equipment that is more of a niche market and/or is way out of most people's price ranges. They become less relevant when they go that direction, to me. Glad you're staying grounded.

      @@GoodWorksTractors Yep. It's been a solid performer for years now. It'll see duty on my 3043D when I have a lot of material to move. I like the size of the one you were showing today. If I didn't already have the KK I would probably get one.

  • @SlackerU

    I think it's more useful to me than a box-blade but I have a BX & after purchasing three-point-forks I was somewhat disappointed when testing its ~300lb lifting capacity where my loader is more like ~500lb lifting capacity. If I had a heavy L series then I'd probably own one of those three-point-buckets. If it were hydraulic the hinges could be further out & would allow lower-hight dumping, the dumping might ought to have the weight on the ground & off the tractor anyway as the dirt-weight is shifted up-&-back.
    5:02 I've bent my top link doing something similar to that with a rear-blade.

    • @GoodWorksTractors
      @GoodWorksTractors  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Box blades, rear blades, landscape rakes....you push with many tools on the three point. However, you do want to use caution and not ram things unnecessarily that could cause damage. Same thing can be said using the loader pushing forward though.
