So it doesn't have the s&p500 fund on its app?

Unfortunately not, you can invest in all the individual stocks that make up the S&P 500 index, but because ETFs aren't yet supported, you're not able to invest in a fund that mirrors the whole S&P 500 index. Robinhood has told us it's working on this, so maybe we'll see this in the future
