Your propertie tours are always awesome, but lately they become a little boring..Why ? A lot of properties that probably no one who is sane would buy. A good example is this one. Entering Floor is the the top one with the amazing views. Woudn´t you want to be very private with such views ? Really missing those "special" houses not in Asia but in Europe, America or Canada. Like places where people really want to be. Of course you could buy a house in Thailand quite "cheap" , but tbh. who wants to have a 22 Million Dollar Villa in Thailand ? Maybe it´s because I am european, if I would be a Millionaire or Billionaire I would definitly hire you to find me a property, but you choosing of the last Episodes didn´t really match my taste. I really like those special houses like the one in Colorado or the glass houses. Those special diamonds who have something unique. I mean this is unique, but honestly who would buy a house like that for that price..
I would call this home comfortable elegance. It is stunningly beautiful but not intimidating although it is like an art gallary. The love comes across. Not just a collection of high end pieces but rather a sharing of the owners precious meaningful pieces. So wonderful they share them with their guests. Stunning
In a world where everyone is making shorts cause people clearly don't have the attention span , i appreciate you making these long detailed videos explaining every aspect of the property and covering the whole experience of the space ❤❤️❤️

You've done well to arrange your staying in properties you are presenting, so that your impressions have very personal touch and are based on genuine impression and experiences. Lovely done as always, everyone! True pleasure to watch. I feel some people are missing a lot by nitpicking inevitable flaws that everything is bound to have, instead of focusing on the vibe of the place and how it makes them feel. That's what happiness is all about. Letting little things touch your heart.

Of all your tours I've watched, this house, marry's wealth with class and artistry. Most of the American houses just seem to be overdone displays of opulence, with far too much furniture and numerous outdoor seating areas designed for massive parties rather than intimate spaces. This house has tasteful arrangements and as you said, makes you feel at home. It took a lot of wealth to build this house, but it's not in your face. Very beautiful. I also appreciate your attention to the art and the historical details of the furniture and the home owner.

Hey Enes, great tour, as an architect I watch every video religiously for inspiration! You should do a short version under 5-10 minutes highlighting the key area's, then you can get double the views and get people who get scared at the 52 minute length and click off! Maybe on the secondary channel?
