Hi Paul I have just been telling my wife your situation. She was a nurse until she retired and she said you should use Aloe Vera gel and only last week she told someone with the same problem and they messaged her back to say it had worked. Hope this is of some help. Happy Birthday.

I have had hay fever all my life, sometimes more, sometimes less. Get some CETIRIZINE tablets in the pharmacy. It definitely helps! Kind regards Patrick
Nice to see a bit honesty on TH-cam. I have been struggling with hay fever too but also live in the city so air pollution is quite. But been finding a nasal spray antihistamine has been helping . Hope you feel better
Ive suffered with hayfever for the last 25 years (currently suffering with a sinus headache). Hayfever (grass pollen) seems to have been delayed this year, due to the cooler and wetter summer
Still waiting for mine to kick in, very odd, I know mines triggered by tree pollen so maybe the pretty odd weather this year has had an effect. No grumbling though, the last couple of years have been shocking.
Please go see a doctor and get checked up. Get well soon! Just took my 8 days growth off with Merkur Futur setting 4 and classic Tabac man shaving soap.
