Once a guy goes bald and is comfortable with it, and confident. There is nothing you can do that will make him feel low about himself. Hats of to confident bald men that carry themselves with respect and confidence.

When I started losing my hair, I had anxiety about it during two years.
Then, the day I shaved it all, this anxiety disappeared. I did not feel any change in my ability to attract women. I was bald when I met my wife and now I have two children with her.
Just embracing it completely, being one with your baldness, makes you more mature and makes you learn that true confidence is indeed the key.
I know who I am, my strengths and my weaknesses, I know my place in this world. Baldness is a detail.
I hope you guys having that anxiety will also overcome it. Life after it is great.

I used hair fibers for years, and they truly are a game-changer. However, the major downside is the fibers need hair to attach to (obviously), so the more you less, the less convincing it looks. My "wakeup call" was seeing a pic of me out with some friends, and realizing my hair looked like it was littered with sawdust. It looked so unnatural, to the point I buzzed my head afterwards. Haven't looked back since.

As someone who is genetically disposed to being bald, it seriously isn't bad at all. I had the widows peak early 20s, thinned crown mid 20s and finally shaved it smooth at 30 and been that way ever since. It is easy maintenance, looks good and most women seriously don't mind. Combovers suck. Thanks for your vote of confidence Courtney.

    Hey guys,
I'm 27 and have full alopecia - a condition which means I have no hair AT ALL on my whole body. It took a long time to "accept" myself both internally and externally, and in many ways that adjustment is still a work in progress. Don't stress about shaving your head, it's the universe's way of speeding up your self-improvement journey to become the real you. It's a gift. The inner man in you wants to break free and manifest himself. Embrace it, for your own sake. People hide behind all kinds of things, including hair. Life has been made simpler for you. Focus on what's important and reclaim a higher power !!!!! Peace and love ✌🏼

I just ran across this because I was catching up on your podcast driving into work and all I need to ask is where is the ❤ button! My hairline was receding several years ago and I was so nervous going shaved. Bottom line is at the barbershop I was afraid to look thinking I made a huge mistake, but a young lady with her little boy getting a haircut looked over and said “that looks awesome; you look at least ten years younger”. Since I became a grandpa a couple of years ago I went with a neatly trimmed short chin beard and mustache and feel so much better about myself, plus I’ve gotten a lot more attention recently from women which is really nice. Making the decision to embrace being bald absolutely helped with my self confidence. Love your content, presentation and style Courtney!

This is especially true for women who are 25+. Guys get huffy about shaving it off because the girls who are 17-24 mostly prefer guys with hair, given that they prefer guys in their general age range. But bald works well when it's done right. You have to be in shape, get a tan, and have some sense of style. If you're out-of-shape, no muscle, weak as a kitten, ghost white, wearing a dollar-store t-shirt, nothing will work for you. I've been shaving it off since I started receding and I've never struggled for female attention.

Hi from Brisbane, Australia - I'm in my late thirties and have been shaving my head since in my late 20's and have embraced baldness since even when I had a full head of hair? Yes I'm married now, but when single, I'd always been able to meet, and have fulfilling intimate relationships with plenty of women. Even more so than my peers who sported a full head of hair! The fact that I'm 6'3", in shape, and well-groomed may also helps there I guess. But the key to being totally bald is confidence, and pride in one's appearance in how you look and that in itself will overcome any hurdle thrown up in life.

I appreciate you Courtney and your awesome content.because you mentioned confidence several times I thought I would share. I accepted the fact early in highschool that I would probably be bald. But what I desire to share with you is this. Even being bald it took confidence to shave my head. I had to do mental gymnastics with the thought and then one day I did it. Interestingly I never regretted it. I don't faithfully shave everyday anymore but if I want a little boost to my grooming to boost my confidence I start with shaving my head. I'm letting my beard grow Long for the third time in my life. This time will be different. Blessings Courtney, we love you.

Hi from Brisbane, Australia - Great video and sentiments. Thank you.
I'm in my late thirties and have been shaving my head since I was in my late 20's and have embraced baldness since even when I had a full head of hair? Yes I'm married now, but when single, I'd always been able to meet, and have fulfilling intimate relationships with plenty of women. Even more so than my peers who sported a full head of hair! The fact that I'm 6'3", in shape, and well-groomed may also help there I guess. But the key to being totally bald is confidence, and pride in one's appearance in how you look and that in itself will overcome any hurdle thrown up in life.

Less stress means more sleep and supports healthy testosterone, so you can focus on your diet and taking care of yourself. That is doubly accurate for fear of rejection by women. I used to try to get random women's numbers in my early 20s. I stopped doing that by my mid 20s. But my dating life has been very anemic due to the fact that I work in the defense industry which is 90% male dominated so I don't really meet women. I just tried to get a date with a cashier at a local store this past week. I have not dated anyone that was not a friend of a friend for about 16 years. It was such a positive experience because a nice person turned me down and my day was not any worse for it. If only I could go back to my 20s. So many missed opportunities. The funny thing is that all those "missed opportunities" that most of guys like to recall might have been rejections also. But at least, we would not have had the regret.

I've tried Minoxidil, and Finasteride, but I'm happier that I still don't wear glasses at 45. You come up with coping mechanisms because it's a drag getting old. Don't sweat it. As someone who hung on waaay to long to a thinning and receding hairline before taking the plunge to a clean shave, my advice is do it sooner rather than later! My biggest problem was that my scalp had never seen the sun so when I first shaved it looked like I was wearing a comedy Dr. Evil bald cap (I swear, it was as white as a sheet of paper!).
It’s taken about 3 years to start blending in to the skin tone of my face (admittedly I live in the UK so that might have something to do with it).
Now I’ve got used to it, all the reasons for doing it in this video are 💯 true! Matched up with styled facial hair that suits you and a classic smart wardrobe, you really can’t go wrong!

I started balding in my 20's. It took me 2 years to build up the courage to shave my head. As soon as I did it I felt and looked 10 years younger and so the confidence shot up. I started doing quite well with women. Do it!!

I shaved my head at 21. Being bald is great. I've never had an issue with being bald. But not having a choice is more difficult. The desire to maintain control.

It's only difficult if you find hair more attractive than being bald. I wouldn't go back to growing hair even if I could.

I started losing my hair at age 18, then while in college I shaved my head. The women in my classes stopped conversing with me. Later on, one woman, at a distance, asked me if I was going through chemotherapy treatments.

All that means is you don't have enough weight on you. Put some muscle on at the opposite would happen. I've shaved my head off and on since high school and the hottest women I've dated are from when I've shaved my head, helps to have a stocky frame even WITHOUT a beard.

Good one Courtney! I rocked the bald look in the USMC for a while. I liked it. Got the head for it. Used to go into Oceanside CA every weekend for a strait razor head and face shave. Now at 43 I go with the high fade. I learned to cut my own hair many years ago while in the USMC. Saved lots of money this way. However every other month or so I'll go to a stylist to tighten it up if needed.

I've always kept my hair very short since I joined the military. When I started to go bald, it was no problem at all - cut my hair even shorter!

Courtney - thank you for sharing your thoughts. I am "follically challenged" and it does hit you in the gut initially regarding confidence. However, it was something I couldn't change. However, I could change my fitness. I go to the gym daily and due to my passion, I am actually stronger and in better shape than younger guys. Thus, I think my being bald actually pushed me to be more fit if that makes any sense. Thanks for being a true lady. I enjoy your videos!

He had hair when he liberated the continent. He went bald later on in his life. Having hair is a prerequisite for liberating continents. If he was bald during the war, that continent would have told him to get the hell away and shamed him for all the things that men have ever done to women. They would have sided with their oppressor (the bad boy) and put a positive spin on all the bad guy's bad behavior.

I used to have long, curly hair in my 20s. In a ponytail, it could stretch out to just about get down to my belt. First thing that started to go was the typical bald spot towards the back of my head. With the longer hair, it wasn’t as visible. Then, when the front started receding, too, I knew it was time to give it up. Luckily, I’ve always been able to grow a pretty good beard!
