General league of legends tip: anything that is a buff, heal, targeted ability, etc you can click on the champion portrait above your map if you are in a crowded Teamfight. Enemies can also walk on your placed W’s so make sure to leave a few behind you during laning phase to pull off more riskier trades.

Other procs also happen before the stasis. You can snipe low health enemies with Bard R if you have a Mandate, for example. That's not super useful, but kinda funny
Brad q can pass through walls before the first target is hit. After hitting the first target the distance of the skillshot is always the same... (just to add some other things I that confused me when I started playing brad)

the way you explained the spell shield interactions made no sense. You said if sivir shields the first hit and it hits a wall she won't get stunned, but in the video she spell shielded the second hit which is why she didn't get stunned. Then you said if it hits her teammate, then only her teammate will get stunned, but if it hits a wall, she will get stunned, but the only reason she got stunned when it hit the wall is because she spell shielded the first hit, and not the second which was correctly demonstrated in the first clip despite you explaining it improperly. It had nothing to do with it hitting the wall.
Simply put, if sivir only spell shields the first hit of bard q, she will get stunned, but, instead, if she spell shields the 2nd hit of bard q, she won't get stunned.
Wrong. I’m gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you got overwhelmed by my hilarious joke that it’s all too confusing. But go back and watch it again and actually listen to what I said. I even show Sivir getting stunned in different instances against minions vs walls.
And because I love proving smug commenters wrong the wiki even has a nice little section for all this stuff on bard Q. But you couldn’t google for more than 5 seconds to verify your comment 🙃.
