Somedays especially around festival times unexpectedly milk seems to be very dilute than normally supplied. Especially slim milk, cow milk and yellow colour milk. Those days we have to make do with worse coffee though coffee powder used is same. Fat removal in homogenised milk is not done but fat is equally made to be present throughout the milk and hence no cream formation. This information was quite new. Still not all the coloured milk sachets are available in milk booths and thus I was not aware of these various colours..
