Mine has just turned up in the post. It took me a while to work out how it worked, as I didn't realise the whole body rotates to push the oil down the tube.

I mounted mine in a similar position on my Enfield scram. I didn’t want or need it on the handlebars. I’m also running scottoil through the nemo2.

Nice information I will add the system in a few weeks at my Enfield Himalayan. I will add a shut-off valve. It's more save for me.

Nice video. I got mine now. I wounder how it works because it is hole in the bottom of the container. If i fill it with oil it should just go through? I dont get it.

If you take a straw and put it in a glass with fluid and then put your thumb on top you can take the straw out without leakage. Its a vacuum basically

Nice clear vid thanks Mark, I'm about to fit the same "GIDIBII" unit from Alibaba, I'm sure the Cobbra one is the exact same thing rebadged/boxed & massiveley marked up. I don't think Cobbra give you a spare O ring & hose fitting either. How have you found the oiler? The TRK looks like a great travelling bike...

What was the result of this GIBIDII one? Did you have any leaks after one year?

Cheers mate, had an old tutoro ,lost the drip bit recently so just ordered one of these. Years ago I was given a drip feed tube and bottle by a nurse friend , my chain lasted over 30k before I sold the bike on to a mate ,who had it for a few more thousand miles.

I just installed the same one on my KLR today. Mounted it on the side of my engine similar to where you mounted yours. I didn't want to run it to the rear sprocket so I just have it dripping on the front. Works great and no leaks. Highly recommended.

It needs to feed into the underside of the rear sprocket so centrifugal force moves it through the rollers. If you drip it on the front sprocket it will fly straight off due to the higher speed, and wont penetrate to the inside of the rollers where it needs to be.

I thought it said GIDIALL but who knows what the Chinese think it says. They are on ebay at pretty good prices at the moment so I'll get one.

I’d have had the tube facing the rear of bike
It wouldn’t move then (the speed of the bike) and not oil on the road
    Just saying

Hello. How are your impressions after 1 year? Does the oiler lube the sides of the chain? Do you still have to lube the chain additionally by hand?

Mine do the some, chang all gaskets and ad one extra quick disconnect on /off valve for when you don't ride your bike
