Absolutely one of the most under-rated great bands of the 90's. As a live act, even when they were bad they were good, and as a songwriting team they're very special. Those two voices harmonize like angels, but the bottom end is all Sabbath-y. And their debut album was flat-out one of the coolest of that decade. So THANK YOU 102.1 The Edge for giving them some air time!! The new album ROCKS, btw, and so does The Edge.

We love that you share your story as well as your music- nothing dramatic- just freaking great music artists- you'll all just go on cruise control- and still kick a$$. Your fans are crazy about you. All of you.

My Veruca Salt record sounded old and scratchy even when new. Fuck I'm pissed.

They are almost 50, and had kids, and lived the "rock star" lifestyle. I think they came out looking pretty good!

I'm nearly 70 and have loved rock and roll since I first heard Stagger Lee and Lonely Teardrops and such in the late 50s. I loved these guys in the 90s, mainly because of that one fantastic song, starts with an "S". The 90s were a tremendous shot in the arm for rock and roll, and Veruca Salt were right in the middle of it, easily one of the Top Ten Best Bands. Others on the list? Oh, Smashing Pumpkins, Counting Crows, Offspring, Nirvana (to me the most overrated of all), plus five others.
