    버터크림 만드는 방법은 여러가지가 있지만 스위스 머랭 버터크림은 설탕을 끓이지 않고도 쉽게 만들수 있고 거기다가 맛도 좋아서 제가 가장 좋아하는 버터크림입니다. 버터크림인데도 느끼하지 않고 입에서 살살 녹는 맛이 아이스크림 같아요. 요즘 한국에서 핫한 빈티지 케이크는 주로 치즈크림을 많이 사용하시던데 이 스위스 버터크림으로 만들어도 정말 맛있답니다. 다음번 영상은 빈티지 케이크 장식법을 올릴 예정이니 많이 기대해 주세요!

    What do you do with all the bits of egg you don't use? Like, in this case the egg yolks?

      Lol I don't know what to do with them either 🤣 right now the egg yolks are still sitting in my fridge lol. I actually wanted to make hollandaise sauce for my breakfast but I couldn't be bothered lol. With egg yolks you can make mayonnaise, custard, French buttercream, Korean kimbab, DIY face mask... 😊

      Hi Kawsar, I wouldn't recommend replacing butter with margarine. The result will be very different.

      윌튼 1M, 5FT, PME44, no 2 등인데 한국에서 구입하실때는 윌튼제품에서 비슷한 것을 찾으시면 될 듯해요
