She is way beyond going to the ESC - she is the most successful Schager singer in Germany for the past 10 or 15 years! She fills football stadiums with her concerts. So no need to perform in a newbie show like the ESC.

Helene Fischer is Europe's most successful artist, album of the year several years in a row, she has won all the awards that can be won in Germany several times, once a year she has her own TV show in which she sings duets with many national and international artists. Helene Fischer is very multi-faceted, music, dance and acrobatics etc... Her concerts are pure entertainment. She won't go on tour until 2026, but she's currently taking a break.
She is the number 1 here in germany since over 20years. She is a very big deal and very charming. The ticetts for her shows are asap saled! She sings all genres of music styles. Watch a hole show from her and you understand how amazing she is!
Thanks! That's the problem! Helene is much more than "Schlager", Helene is an entertainer who in Germany could only be compared to Peter Alexander; Peter Frankenfeld and Rudi Carell! But they lived in a different time, which is why I personally appreciate Helene's 'ability' even more! And born as a boomer, I know the aforementioned very well from my childhood and youth!

@@Samiraelathey‘re not wrong though. If you limit it to German speaking countries I don’t know any singer with her status. I‘m also NOT a fan of hers 😅 but I gotta respect her for what she accomplished.
Schlager music is very controversial here in Germany. You either love it or hate it. I would never listen to this music voluntarily. But I’ve to admit, Helene Fischer is a really big deal here.
"big deal" might be a bit much bc shes not omnipresent or talked about by everyone. but she is undeniably famous and id guess that like >90% of germans at least have heard her name. but as youve said. its really controversial music and i completely dislike it. but her talent is respectable. i wish shed switch from schlager to DnB or something. id devour that.
@@Foatizenknechtl Just googled her. Google tells me she does private concerts at € 700,000 per. Also, born in Krasnoyarsk in what was still the Soviet Union in 1984 - that's Siberia. 18 million records sold. She ranked No. 8 on Forbes' list of "The World's Highest-Paid Women In Music 2018", earning US$32 million. Lots of prizes, all German ones I think.
Same here. I either do not like "Schlager". But isn't is crazy, that i like listening Kiley Minogue? She is the "Schlager-Goddes" in english. Her music is very simple arranged, most songs without any creativity, the lyrics have the same meaning, the show looks very the same, like Helens. Although i like Kileys songs more, because the singing sounds different, because of the language. German Schlager sounds very simple and easy to me, very undeveloped without any transformation to something new, but songs from Kiley sound more modern to me. Behalf of all cirtics: Helene is a really good singer, maybe the best female singer of Geramny.
@@a.karatas953 I agree with you. You either like Schlager or you don't. I like this music because I grew up with it too. What I like about your comment is that you acknowledge that she is a good singer. Many people who don't like the music say in the same breath that she sings badly. And that's really not the case.
Now look. Definitely not my cup of tea musically but as an artist she can sing, dance, do acrobatics, is hard working and much more. Her biggest hit that even people who are not fans of the genre „Schlager“ were listening to is „Atemlos“. I’m not sure why this one wasn’t suggested to you.
This is what I miss in other comments! Thanks! I, as a boomer, have my problems with rap in general and German rap in particular, but I don't "hate" it! And through "JCU" I even learned that it's just as difficult to write rap lyrics sensibly as it has been for a long time with "Schlager"!
Absolutely! I don't like her music (or Schlager in general) at all, but she is a very good singer and a GREAT performer, no doubt about that and BIG respect for what she achieved. Plus I have to say that she seems to be a quite humble person and she doesn't take herself too seriously.
You have to experience Helene Fischer live. The shows are always great. No matter which country you come from, go to a concert with Helene. In 2026 Helene will go on tour in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You won't regret it. Best wishes from Germany
Helene can fill these stadiums several nights in a row all over the country. She‘s so succesful in the German speaking parts of Europe, that she‘s fully occupied. That’s why she never accepted to do tours overseas. She was asked by promoters from the US, but she refused. Her career is more than big enough. And for those, who don‘t know her: She can sing some of these songs and others as well in English.
Your friendly Yorkshireman living in Germany, my house was formally owned by a woman called Helen Fisher didn't know who she was but oh boy did I learn. She began her career as a "Schlager" singer, a cheesey "70" type music which still survives here today. She brought it out to modern standards and is "HUGE" in Germany, on all magazines, has her own tv show and sang with lots of iconic english singer, etc. Like marmite she's loved or hated. I hate to admit it, she can sing the phone book and is my idea of perfection and my guilty pleasure, but please don't tell the wife! 🥵👍
I recently said to a dear friend who is a major Swiftie that Helene Fischer is basically the German Schlager version of Taylor Swift. Sure, it's a different kind of music but they're pretty similar in mass appeal, style and way of putting on a show. My friend was not convinced but I still think I'm right.
Helene is THE Pop Singer in Germany for almost at least 10 yrs. She unites the older and the younger pop crowd. The song you have seen is very much towards the youngsters, but she has way more to offer which you would probably find boring and not so interesting.
In my opinion it's absolutely crazy how, mostly her haters, are totally incapable of seeing or accepting that Helene isn't a Schlager singer anymore, but a Pop singer. She always wanted to be a Pop singer, but her manager and producer didn't think she was good enough when they met her. So they made her do Schlager. She had a huge glow up compared to when her career started. People like to hate on Schlager so much and it's true that most of it is really bad, but that's not Schlager's fault, it's the artists'. They are, except for a very few, not good or talented enough and that's most likely one of the reasons they do Schlager, because most Schlager fans have quite low expectations and take everything they can get. That's why Helene became the biggest Schlager singer very quickly. She is much more talented than all her former competition. Calling this performance here from Helene Schlager is a huge stretch though. I would even say that her most famous, and therefore hated, song, Atemlos durch die Nacht, was her first Pop song, but most people still call that Schlager, because Helene will always be seen as a Schlager singer and she only did Schlager before that. She is hugely mistreated and wrongly portraited by almost everyone who isn't a fan of her.
true Words! 😞🥺🧐😎
@@AnNi1492K How much more modern "modern Schlager" needs to get? Soon it's more Pop than Pop itself. Schlager and Pop are very similar, the idea behind those genres is the same. At some point it's not Schlager anymore. You just keep saying Schlager because Helene started as a Schlager singer. If her next song would be Hip Hop, I bet there would be enough people that would still call it Schlager nonetheless.
@@watchnocatch171No. You can clearly hear "Schlager-Elemente" (the way she sings, for example), that's why it is still Schlager for me, but a more modern one. But I also don't understand why that should be a bad thing 🤷🏻♀️
Trust me she's a really big Deal in Germany. Her Stage Shows are the most intense ever from a German Female Artist. Absolutely Insane and you have to watch a Show from her here on yt 😉✌️
We Germans are known worldwide for super unusual performances on stage. Rammstein, Electric Callboy and of course Helene Fischer (born as a Russian-German in the USSR in 1984 and came back to Germany with her parents in 1988 as German repatriates). 20 years successful.
I thinks you never heard a concert of Kiley. She can sing. I was on a concert. She sang live. Helene is, i think, Germans best female Singer these days. But don't you think, they do not use techology to let sounds her voice so good like this. It is absoloutley not possible to sing, dance and jump so long time without any signs of exhausition in a voice. This makes technology possibe.
@@Peter_Cetera If you compare her vocal range and her voice technically, Stefanie Kloß is not so good. Sarah Connor is good, but also not so good like her. Maybe Yvonne Catterfeld ist comparable. I am really not a Helene Fischer Fan, because o also do not like her vocal tone so much. But i think, if you only comare the voice technically, i think, she is Germanys best voice today. But i like songs from Sarah Connor, STefanie Kloß aka Sibermond and Yvonne, even if they sing German like her. This three women have not the Schlager-Voice, that is my reason, i like their voices more.

She's one of the most successful German singers, born in Russia, and a former musical singer. She made "Schlager" music main stream and she has never been to Eurovision. ...but she should! ...even if I'm not a fan of "Schlager" music.
She is the daughter of Russian-Germans who came back to Germany as late repatriates. In other words, Germans in the eastern regions who did not flee but were deported and integrated into Russia.
I am not into her music at all, but objectively speaking she‘s an incredible talented singer, definitely a big deal in the German Schlager world and her live shows are huuuge. There are better songs of her than „Achterbahn“ in my opinion. I once had the pleasure to come quite close to her when she was a guest on a more private event and I was fascinated by her beauty, even without all the show make up etc. I would say we have bigger gay icons in Germany, but she definitely is a gay icon - and she plays that card very well. Edit: She hasn‘t been on EuroVision. We usually don‘t send our biggest stars there.
She is THE BIGGEST in Germany and one of the GOATs in Europe ... might be even more succesfull than Kylie Minouge ever was - or even Taylor Swift! I am pretty sure she is!? o_O Something like 30 Gold records- + 80 Platinum records awards! Over 50 recording awards in addition, etc. < top of the top! She performs in english too, because it was a dream of "Tom Jones" to perform with her, too. And she played with the members of Queen, etc. I mean: She sold over 18 million records ... < not bad for a german Schlagersängerin!? o_O
Considering that she started as a country and folk singer way back when over 20 years ago and transitioned over to pop and house, she's actually the biggest German singer ever. Tour- and mass appeal, stage presence and music wise she's definitely on par with Taylor Swift, the house style is more like Kylie. I'm pretty sure if she'd perform in english she's be up there with the other top 10 world wide. And best of all, she sings live. Also - I don't like her much, but I gotta admit she's good and even better now than when I heared her 20 years ago.
She is one of the most successful musicians in Germany, and even the most successful non-English singing artist worldwide. Her music, however, is seen ambivalent. The so called "Schlager(musik)" is successful, but most people dislike it nonetheless. And yes, she's considered a gay icon.

Usually I am into black music, but after a couple of beers you'll find me in the middle of the dancefloor, screaming "Atemlos durch die Nacht" at the top of my lunges 😂 Helene Fischer is one of a kind. According to Forbes Magazine she is one of the 10th wealthiest women in the music industry, she fills stadiums with 60.000 people, days and days in a row, so she is way beyond ESC. And her style of music does not do justice to her vocal skills. Check out her duet with Andrea Bucelli for example
She’s the queen of Schlager, so yes she’s very successful! However, this genre is actually frowned upon. Most people think it’s only 50-year old Karens who listen to that kind of music
I wouldn't say that about the 50+. Look at the audience, Helene Fischer definitely has fans in the younger age groups too. You just have to be into Schlager :)
2:07 yes true. I have never seen here this way. But, yes. She is ther German Kiley Minogue, vocally and if you here how simple most of Kiley and her music ist arranged. Kiley sings "Schlager" in english. But in english words sound for me much better, even the lyrics have the same meaning.
Dwayne... PLEASE!!!! Never say again that Schlager-Music is House Music. My heart (as a House-DJ) is bleeding. Schlager music has a very very very VERY very simple house beat, but that's the only thing Schlager has in common with real house music
@MeQuiety Maybe, but they call themselves this kind of music Schlager too. I know the Serbs has their own word for theit locally similar evolved popular music. Because it's based there on a kind of folk music stongly dilutet in electronic and modern music they call it "turbofolk". I think it's a very good descriptive word for their music. Maybe Germany needs a similar one for their newscool Schlager too. 😉 I would definitely draw a strong line between the "normal" German pop music and the Helene Fischer kind of pop, I think the gap is even bigger between those two.

But it's a big thing in germany loved by millions of people from the little children to the old people. And I have to admit she really is the Queen of Schlager.
Why not respect and yet not have to like! And no, Andrea Berg is THE QUEEN of German SCHLAGER, Helene is THE ENTERTAINER of Europe! Watch one, maximum two HFS completely and you agree!
@@MeQuiety Oh I repect her. She is great but its not my music. But she has a good voice and can catch peoples attention. Sorry but its not the same with Andrea Berg. For me, she is not the Queen. But its cool we all can have different opinions, thats what makes the world go round. :)
You're not wrong about it being theatrical in her performance. She has a background in it, attending a musical and stage school before her breakthrough. - Also, she collaborated with Robbie Williams on his 2019 Christmas album (which you reminded me of, when you mentioned him).
No wonder you think this is House Music, because this version of the song, which is the Afrojack Mash-up, really turns into a House party. I think she used these remixes a lot for her live concerts. The original sounds more like Schlager music. But no one in Germany would describe her music as House. 😄
If you liked that, you should see more of her. She has great shows, some of which are staged together with Cirque du Soleil. She is the biggest German superstar.
Schlager is the "easiest" pop music, a show to watch, to party, to drink and turn you brain activity to 0. It's the Oktoberfest of German music, and Oktoberfest ist the greatest Schlager-Party. The actual artistic value is net zero. It's like the chapest beer with the highest alcohol contain, the wine with soda of the music. You drink it just to be drunk and to feel good. Many people love it, who doesn't search any value in music, just want to party. And also many people hate it who are listening to music to hear at least some artistic lifesigns in it. Add those properties to a - well let's call her - "hot" singer, with a good voice and all abilities to make the eyes of the audience to pop out, and you get Helene Fischer the queen of Schlager (Schlager=hit) music.
@MeQuiety I was talking about the actual state of Schlager, not the one in the past, and also rather about the Helene Fischer kind of Schlager. No hate at all, that's just a view from an external point. I must admit that's not my world at all, and I really hear a lot's of music genres. I do accept, however, that there are lot's of people listening to this kind of music, and I do understand that they have a good reason for it. I also know that there is a long history Schlager in Germany (too), but I must say, the widespread popularity of electronic music made a deep imprint on Schlager, and chage it to a lighter, even easier consumable mass production music, a kind of a mixture of the old with an originally underground newcomer music art, and it wasn't really a good way of development, it made this new kind of Schlager less valuable than the early ones. So please don't try to convince me, that this kind of music has any artistic value, just enjoy it if you wish, nobody will try to take the enjoyment from those who like it. Enjoying the music is one of the best experiences, no matter what kind of genre it is. By the way my parents and some relatives were listening to some Schlager form the 70's and 80's, because thay had some ralation to Germany, so I had few of those kind of Slager LP compilations and Albums, and I know abot those popular German TV shows too. I'm not that young, to be honest. 😉
@@Mikaci_the_Grand_Duke Being easy to litsen too has an artistic value and esepcialy to say that Helene Fischer has no artistic value with her music is really really dumb. And btw. there is a distinction between Schlager and Songs to get drunk too which we call Ballermansongs.
I don't like her music and can't stand her... but: "According to research by the New York Times in November 2018, which compared the most successful international musicians based on their average earnings per concert, Fischer was ranked eighth worldwide - making her the most successful non-English-speaking singer. Forbes magazine also listed Fischer among the top ten highest-earning singers in 2018; she also came eighth on the list, ahead of Céline Dion and Britney Spears, with earnings of around 32 million dollars."

Dwayne, she's certainly an oustanding performer. Born in Russia, very popular in Germany. The Guardian titled in 2018 charmingly: The best selling singer you have never heard of ... like Taylor Swift but with terrible Music (quite free from memory). I like the Guardian, but sometimes they have their "English moment" as well. So the's not respected everywhere.
She is a Schlager-Star. Schlager is a kind of very, very simple music with often ridiculous lyrics. Schlager is played on special occasions on festivals, partys and so on. Helene Fischer is successful since a few years, here nost known song is „Atemlos“ (breathless). It was terrible, you heard it always and everywhere.
Helene Fischer is really a great modern folk singer, like a German Taylor Swift, only vocally 1000x better... I just like her: Tell me, do you feel that?
Yes, she is THE big deal in germany and the german speaking countries. Her biggest success was "Atemlos" 10 years ago ( th-cam.com/video/IUKX6UFsXMg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=07-vSlSNqdkYEvRZ ), but - even if I'm not the biggest fan of her music, I have to say, that her performances are incredible. And yes - many, many fans have been hoping for many years that she will take part in the ESC. However, she is so successful that this will probably never happen... If you are a fan of performances in the water, maybe this is perfect for you: th-cam.com/video/0bZfGUQnXzM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=sxMUA2WItkKE3SYp
it's not my cup of tea, but... She's an entertainment machine. Helene Fischer tours are sold out. The company I work for provided technical support for some of their tours. This isn't a children's birthday party. Productions can be even bigger, but her tours are really big. We Germans always hate our “stars”. This isn't a joke. It's in our DNA. But we also loosen up a bit and after a few (more) beers we sing along. Breathless through the night... hell here we come!
We Germans are a peculiar people. When someone has had success for an extended period, there comes a phase where opinions start to turn, and some people begin to criticize them. It's the same with Helene Fischer. People start to find small things to make fun of or disparage her, but of course, they do it ironically. It's the same with Helene Fischer. People start to find small things to make fun of or disparage her, but of course, they do it ironically. They don't really mean it that way. Why we do this, I don't know-perhaps jealousy plays a role for some. But that's not the main reason. Somehow, we seem to struggle with accepting successful Germans.
That's not really it. I think Schlager is just very polarising in general, just like Volksmusik, you either love or hate it, there really isn't any in between. That being said, Helene Fischer is very heavily pop-influenced at this point I'd say. Not really pure Schlager anymore.
@@EmmaHope88 Well, think about how many people made fun of "Atemlos." Or when she did the live show on ZDF, how many people mocked her after the second or third show. In my opinion, this often happens when someone is successful. Or take Til Schweiger, for instance. Sure, he has an alcohol problem, but people have always mocked him for something. But seriously, he has made some good films and some not-so-good ones. But which other German has had as much success as he has? And once they found something on him, they pounced until he was at rock bottom. This has happened so often
Yup, she is a gay icon. As is often the case in music, it's all a matter of taste, but despite all the negative voices and jealousies, her success proves her right.
Yeah she indeed IS famous. But not particulary popular. The genre she does is called "Schlager" which basically is German kinda folk music with house elements and could be refered as "German 40+ drinking music" 😂 Though it did gain popularity for younger ages (not at least because of Helene). But it still is a genre that many Germans not really are proud of (that's why there're no englisch subs 😂), that you mostly will encounter at folks fests, where there's lots of beer and other alcoholics. There also is another subgenre of that called "Party-/Ballermann-Schlager", which originated from the German party culture at Ballermann on Mallorca. In this genre the lyrics topics are drinking, sexuality/body features of women or even complete nonsense like "i got an onion on my head i'm a Doner Kebab" 🙄
Hi, Dwayne! Subtitles are not necessary. Everything that counts is how she looks like. IMO the music itself is not necessary! 🤭🤣Sorry! I`m no fan. 😏 But I have to admit that her famous song "Atemlos durch die Nacht" is very very successful. And she is a big name in the hit world!!! Eurovision? No, so far as I know! But her own shows are Eurovision-like. ......😲 Oh, sh....! I didn`t know that her shows are like this!!!
Discovered Helene Fischer back when I was living in Germany for a year. I don't understand the hate towards her, maybe it's jealousy. She's a wonderful singer, amazing performer and a kind lady. Her biggest hit is still Atemlos Durch Die Nacht (Breathless Through The Night). The only thing I don't like about Helene is she cheated on her then boyfriend and left him for one of her dancers from her tv show Die Helene Fischer Show.
Florian and Helene grew apart at the end of 2017 and beginning of 2018! And yes, something clicked for her during training with Circ de souly in Kannada and the subsequent “Farbenspiele” tour in 2018! Since the two were officially seperated at the beginning of December 2018, Helene has always admitted that she has fallen in love again! Is she a big deal? OMG OF COURSE she is! And... I didn't like her and the kind of music. BUT her power, her passion and her way to treat others convinced me.
Yes, she is a big deal in Germany! I prefer Kylie! No, it´s not HouseMusic. It´s just Schlager (Hit) Music for the mass. After 2 or 3 beer, most of the people in Germany sing along. Not my style. But, it seems you like it, and that is nice . Anyway, great producing, she is a great singer, and after all, better then Heino!😉
This was one of her not so good songs and did not do her justice, unless the last minute. German ompa ompa, mostly. But listen to «Vamos a Marte» «Herzbeben» and several more. She is a fantastic artist and performer. She has some incredible conserts. Some of them are in stadiums with ten thousands of spectators. I would have loved to be there.
Hi, she is wonderful women, but this not the best Song.. look for other Videos 🥳🧐 she is the Akrobatik women also, and very hot. Greats vom Germany/Hamburg
Too funny! for me Helene Fischer is really a red cloth. I avoid her and her music everywhere, as best I can. But your reactions and how you enjoy yourself is really fun!
Not my kind of music, but she is HUUUGE in Germany. And after a couple of shots, you can listen to songs like one of her most famous ones, "Atemlos" 😅😅😅🎉🎉

She won't go on tour until 2026, but she's currently taking a break.
she´s not A big deal in germany, she is THE DEAL in germany. ;) her shows are already like this, very spectacular
The numbers are a bit off. 20 years ago she didn't have a single song released. She is number 1 since maybe 2011, 2013 for sure.

I compare her more with Kiley Minogue, in show, the simplicity of her music arrangement and the lyrics.
@@Samiraela Taylor Swift is originally also a country singer - kind of equivalent to Schlager.
She ranked No. 8 on Forbes' list of "The World's Highest-Paid Women In Music 2018", earning US$32 million. Lots of prizes, all German ones I think.
u love it...every time....when ure drunken...or on parties like schützenfest. no one would confess...but all really love it and can sing along :D
I love Helene. Her Shows are spektacular. She works together with Cirque Du Soleil. She is the biggest german female artist ever
Not my kind of music. But she is good and successful at what she is doing. My respect for that.

When we won the World Cup in 2014, our team used Helene's 'Atemlos"as a work-out song.😁

Multiple languages.
She is the biggest pop star Germany has ever had

Your friendly Yorkshireman living in Germany, my house was formally owned by a woman called Helen Fisher didn't know who she was but oh boy did I learn. She began her career as a "Schlager" singer, a cheesey "70" type music which still survives here today. She brought it out to modern standards and is "HUGE" in Germany, on all magazines, has her own tv show and sang with lots of iconic english singer, etc. Like marmite she's loved or hated. I hate to admit it, she can sing the phone book and is my idea of perfection and my guilty pleasure, but please don't tell the wife! 🥵👍
Boy, are you off with the genre. 70 years off, actually. The first Schlagers were performed around 1900 in Wien (in the operettas).
@@KaiHenningsen "70" type music, ì said!

Yes This Girl is on fire
I recently said to a dear friend who is a major Swiftie that Helene Fischer is basically the German Schlager version of Taylor Swift. Sure, it's a different kind of music but they're pretty similar in mass appeal, style and way of putting on a show. My friend was not convinced but I still think I'm right.
Also, 8th highest income for female musicians world-wide. I think TS may be 1st on that list?
Far more talented than TS.
@@Ponkapoag Ehh, I wouldn't say that, considering Fischer does not write most of her songs herself.
Taylor Swift comes from Country Music there are similarities
Helene Fischer ist sooo great an working very hard. 💕 She is number 8 on the forbes list and more successul than Celine Dion on 9.

She performs in english too, because it was a dream of "Tom Jones" to perform with her, too. And she played with the members of Queen, etc.
I mean: She sold over 18 million records ... < not bad for a german Schlagersängerin!? o_O
She and Tom sizzled with Sex Bomb.
Considering that she started as a country and folk singer way back when over 20 years ago and transitioned over to pop and house, she's actually the biggest German singer ever. Tour- and mass appeal, stage presence and music wise she's definitely on par with Taylor Swift, the house style is more like Kylie.

@@Mikaci_the_Grand_Duke What is "SCHLAGER" and what is German-speaking...pop, country, chanson...?
Many people still refer to “NDW” as Schlager, if that is true, Nena is a “SCHLAGER singer”!?!
Yes, Helene performed Volks-SCHLAGER until around 2012/'13 and also made an English pop album of the same hits!
She tried to break out with “ATEMLOS” and with “HERZBEBEN” & “ACHTERBAHN” she succeeded!
After 7 decades, "SCHLAGER" is so widely spread in different styles and yet the industry is slowly coming back together to the "DISCO" Ilia-Richter format!
Where Abba, Blondie, Michael Holm, ZZ-Top, Cliff Richard, Marianne Rosenberg, Suzie Quatro, Peter Maffay... were celebrated and respected in one show and a common German TOP 40 hit list!
In '82 Nicole won the ESC, in '83 Nena had her "99 Luftballons" and in '84 Herbert came with "4630 Bochum"! Then in '85 Klaus Lage with "Faust auf Faust"...!
If you are honest with yourself, these are all “HITS”/"SCHLAGER!!!
Because it's all German "cultural-historical-folk music"!
And ask East Germans who lived in the GDR about their “SCHLAGER heroes”? Nina Hagen, Udo Lindenberg, (as a NRW native I would now have to google for other '70s & 80s), Die Prinzen, "Silbermond" grew out of their parents' "SCHLAGER" ("The Best" is the best that German SCHLAGER released in this century )...!

No wonder you think this is House Music, because this version of the song, which is the Afrojack Mash-up, really turns into a House party. I think she used these remixes a lot for her live concerts.
I love your reactions to german musik - well, Helene Fischer is great, but Schlager - but of course a great performer ;-) I saw it the first time too
I don't like her music and can't stand her... but:
"According to research by the New York Times in November 2018, which compared the most successful international musicians based on their average earnings per concert, Fischer was ranked eighth worldwide - making her the most successful non-English-speaking singer. Forbes magazine also listed Fischer among the top ten highest-earning singers in 2018; she also came eighth on the list, ahead of Céline Dion and Britney Spears, with earnings of around 32 million dollars."
See, that's ok, that's your attitude, it should be respected! I respect it even though I don't understand it, but that's my problem!
Thanks!
I do not like her music too. But i can not say: I can not stand her, because i do not know her.
left out the Christmas album from 8 years ago in the last comment.

I'm just realizing that even the begging of a soul like Xavier Naido, who had recently been lost to "swearers" in recent years and who was still unencumbered at the time, was heard and was allowed to sing a Christmas duet with Helene!
Listen and surch to Atemlos... In the Rain... by Helene Fischer... That will be your mind blow up
Oh my goodness, who made you watch that?!
Blink twice if you're being held captive ; )
Big in UK but not in the world like ... Robbie Williams. ..who's actually as big as possible in Germany 😅
She is so much bigger than the ESC 😂
Sie ist viel zu gut für Eurovision. Hat Helene mal so gar nicht nötig, da von den Deutschlandfreunden mit 0 Punkten abgespeist zu werden.
Actually, she was at Eurovision. In 2014. As a moderator.
Helene Fischer is really a great modern folk singer, like a German Taylor Swift, only vocally 1000x better... I just like her: Tell me, do you feel that?
Helene Fischer : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helene_Fischer
Danke!! Fakten sagen mehr, als Hass, zu etwas das man nicht verstehen will oder kann!
Musik ist vielfälltig, doch Talent ist einzigartig!
Well, according to forbes Helene Fischer is ranked 8th of the most successful female musicians between Rihanna 7th and Celine Dion 9th.
Helene Fischer, not my music, but I like her shows on stage. You have to listen to "Atemlos"!!!
Sorry for this, but now you know the dark side of german music
Helene Fische is like super famous
it's not my cup of tea, but...
You have to react to her Song called Wunden from her Tour
Please react to Beatrice Egli - "Balance" . This song broke radio records in germany 🔥💖
Hey m8, you gotta react to the Song "Zukunft Pink" from Peter Fox. Peter was the Head singer of his project band Seeed. You will like it for sure.
Yup, she is a gay icon. As is often the case in music, it's all a matter of taste, but despite all the negative voices and jealousies, her success proves her right.
You should watch live videos from Deichkind, like "remmidemmi"
Also for her is a compliment to say schlager and house pop music
Yeah she indeed IS famous.
But not particulary popular.
The genre she does is called "Schlager" which basically is German kinda folk music with house elements and could be refered as "German 40+ drinking music" 😂
Though it did gain popularity for younger ages (not at least because of Helene).
Did you really say that Robbie Williams is not well known outside of England?
Hi, Dwayne! Subtitles are not necessary. Everything that counts is how she looks like. IMO the music itself is not necessary! 🤭🤣Sorry! I`m no fan. 😏
But I have to admit that her famous song "Atemlos durch die Nacht" is very very successful.
At Christmas '21 Helene became a mother and this video shows us that she and her Thomas are inseparable souls:
Hand in Hand - Helene Fischer & Thomas Seitel (Rausch Arena Tour)

React to Nina Chuba - 80qm or Nicht allein
Or Nico Santos - Himmel leer
They are both very popular right now.
She was on the Forbes List
Is she a big deal? OMG OF COURSE she is!
And... I didn't like her and the kind of music. BUT her power, her passion and her way to treat others convinced me.
I have to laugh so hard xD our Germans, as always, are mostly sitting and clapping .... :´D
Lol my mom and grandma turn into teenagers when they see her. I dont get it. But its a thing xD
I dont really like her music, but her stage shows are fucking good
Hi, she is wonderful women, but this not the best Song.. look for other Videos 🥳🧐 she is the Akrobatik women also, and very hot. Greats vom Germany/Hamburg
Philipp Dittberner is also very good - Wolke 4
Too funny! for me Helene Fischer is really a red cloth. I avoid her and her music everywhere, as best I can. But your reactions and how you enjoy yourself is really fun!
She is far beyond ESC. She is too good 4 that.😅 and she is not a gay icon, cos every straight man is into her ... ❤
Not my kind of music, but she is HUUUGE in Germany. And after a couple of shots, you can listen to songs like one of her most famous ones, "Atemlos" 😅😅😅🎉🎉
