    Great video, I learned a lot. However, I couldn't the part to work where you say press to bring up the "Fill" dialogue box; it didn't work for me. (Could be I have a newer version of Photoshop) I found out that I can right-click in the marquee area and access the fill menu. Also, in playing around I found what I think to be a far quicker way to put a background behind text and it is
    1. Open picture
    2. Insert text
    3. Draw marquee
    4. Click on the layer BELOW the text (in this case the picture) and then press the "Insert Fill Layer" button - choose black - and that's it

    FYI:
    Vertical alignment is aligning UP-DOWN along a VERTICAL LINE.
    Horizontal alignment is aligning LEFT-RIGHT along a HORIZONTAL line.
    You have it backwards. It's not a matter of personal choice or flare, it's a dictionary definition.

    • @phlearn
      @phlearn  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there! For this tutorial we used the LATO font (available with your Adobe subscription). However, some other fonts might not offer the option of "hairline". If you're unable to use the same font, try searching for fonts that naturally have a narrower, thinner appearance. Some font families known for their thin styles include Futura, Akzidenz-Grotesk, and Century Gothic.
