This channel proves that production value is in the eye of the beholder. This is way more interesting content than other TH-cam channels that worry too much about graphics, music, transitions, and all that other junk.
Yeah fancy graphics and editing doesn’t equal good production value, some TH-cam channels are like a kid’s first attempt at using PowerPoint, crazy transitions and animations, Toy Federation has nailed it and felt super professional from day one
This show is my new addiction, they are all honest regular guys who have a job a lot of us the same age would love to have. Don't change how you do the show or pod, it works cause it's different and i always look forward to the next show.
You’re totally right. I actually find it refreshing not seeing graphics and quick edits all over the place. I do wish they would showcase a bit more through
Loved this episode, Ryan was literally as excited as a kid in a toy shop. The guy who came in with the trade squatted for most of the time, quads and hamstrings of steel!
Man i love this channel. I don’t know a lot of the toys that get brought in because i was born in ‘92 so a good amount of them were before my time, but i love learning about them because even though i didn’t grow up with them or have a nostalgic connection with them, i still think they’re awesome and the more i learn about them, the more i love them.
Toy federation are always so fair and open about their purchases. This man obviously has amazingly loving parents. Not only did they buy him piles of toys as a kid ,but they then kept it for him for many years.
This episode is breaking is my heart. My parents were both freelance animators. From the early 60’s into the early 90’s. Before all these companies got greedy and started outsourcing all animation to Asia. My parents company in the 80’s was called Prism Film And Ink. They did mostly commercials, some cartoon express stuff. Anybody growing up in the 80’s watched their work constantly, and probably begged their parents for the toys or food in their commercials. Some big ones I know people will remember are Cookie Crisp, Little Caesars and Cabbage Patch Kids, and Rambo. With Cabbage Patch being there biggest one. But why I’m writing this today is because I remember my parents winning a bid on a big job that they thought was going to set us up for life. That was the Rambo cartoon, plus all the toy commercials. I remember Stallone and Weathers both coming into Manhattan so my father could draw them for the animation. That was pretty cool. But what breaks my heart is that my parents got every single prototype Rambo toy from I think it was coleco. So they could then recreate them for the cartoons and commercials. This was a good year before the cartoon even came out. They had them all lined up above their desks so they could go to them for reference. The same thing with Cabbage Patch. We had almost every prototype way before they came out. So my parents could then place them in the commercials. But the Rambo toys drove me and my brother crazy, because we were dying to play with them. Once season one was in the can. My parents gave my brother and I all of them. Seeing that with season two there would be a whole new line of toys. Of course they told us to just put them on a shelf and to not touch them. But being that me and my brother were only 5 & 7 at the time. We couldn’t help ourselves and always played with them. Being prototypes they immediately fell apart, and were destroyed. Of course my parents big dream of this cartoon blowing up never happened, and there wasn’t a season two so we didn’t get any other ones. I wish I could talk to my 5 year old self. Plus my brother and sisters to not touch any of Rambo’s and Cabbage Patch Kids. I could only imagine what they would bring in now. Also one of the great things about my parents being animators. Was they there was a toy fair every year in Manhattan. It’s sole purpose was for companies to come in and bid on making the cartoons and commercials for next year’s toy lines. I can remember being really young and seeing Voltron and transformers way before they ever came out. It sucks that all animation is done in East Asia now. The mighty dollar took away the whole freelance animation industry in America.
I gotta say, I havent been watching for long, but this one really got me. A little bit of everything, including some lesser remembered stuff. Favorite one so far.
i was born in the early 90's in australia. So all this stuff is completely foreign to me but learning about these vintage american toys is pretty cool hey. hope this guy comes back with the rest of his uncovered collection.
I have to say, I’ve been watching this channel since its inception, and having dealt with other toy stores, the way you guys engage with your customers, is admirable. Whether you’ve seen a toy a million times or a couple, it doesn’t matter, you guys always find a way to make each customers collection, whether they’re trading or selling, special and intimate. More toy stores need to learn from you guys! Great video and I can’t wait for the next! And someday I’ll make my way from Arizona to your shop! It truly is like Walt Disney World! 😂
What makes Toy Federation the best on TH-cam right now is? There’s no complaining about the toys and companies that make the toys. New or vintage, they make it fun like you’re hanging around at your buddies house. Don’t change and keep up what you’re doing. ❤ people wanna be lifted up and happy watching something that’s positive.
I just came in to get some stuff I needed - had no idea they were filming! Tried not to horn in, but it was such an incredible collection I couldn’t help myself!
THIS SHOW WAS AMAZING!!! THE JOY YOU GUY'S GIVE ME THIS TRIP AROUND,WAS THE FACT THAT EVERTYTHING THE BOSS MAN PICKED UP, MADE HIM SMILE FROM EAR 2 EAR!!! PRICELESS!!!! THINKING OF HIS CHILDHOOD, 👀ING AT EVRYTHING AS IT WAS CHRISTMAS DAY!!! YOU GUY'S MADE MY WEEK, ONCE AGAIN!!! I NEED 2 THANK YOU ALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!! YOU ALL R THE BEST!!! THANK'S AGAIN!!!!!❤😂🙏🫶👍🤙❤😂
I’m always in awe that parents keep their kids stuff. For me, my parents always purged my toys if I wanted others. A garage sale would go towards the new stuff.
The stories told along with the excellent editing, make this my new favorite channel. I've been catching up like crazy for the past couple weeks, and I look forward to every new episode. Thank you for the time put in, can't wait to visit the store someday. Fist bumps from Canada :)
Wow what a collection!! I love it I'm finally at my parents house in Columbia, SC and after this weekend I can't wait to go to the store this Tuesday!! You guys rock #norepo #love the vintage
This guys collection was everything I had as a kid. I'm 48 and I am amazed he still had all his stuff. I was an only child up until age 10 so my stuff was real nice like his. Sold all mine on eBay 16+ years ago and made well over $5000. My brother helped me and we bought him a car for the money. Very cool video.
Love this episode! Love his childhood collection and how intricate it was. He seems like he was a very mature child bc my toys were absolutely destroyed in pieces 😂 (I have 4 brothers too so we didn’t even know who owned what) I also love that you guys are super fair with people who are uneducated. He’s lucky he went to your shop since there are very shady shops out there who would’ve taken advantage of this guy.
There was a man named JT when I was growing up as a teen in Dallas that had JT's comic book store in Garland Texas. When my dad passed, JT came to my house to check out my dad's comic collection and make us an offer. It bankrupted him. That was the minute I realised my father was a true nerd. It was all of the xmen, batman, spiderman and superman comics but the kicker was 11 copies of Amazing Fantasy 15 copies my dad had bagged. JT mortgaged his store and house to buy my fathers collection. At the time I had no idea how honest he was as my mom said she would have sold the lot for $50 to clear the attic. I really appreciate how fair you are. We did keep loads of my dad's comics and of course I was a nerd so I have kept all of my toys from '79 to '92. I learned a lot that day including that nostalgia is profitable 25 years at a time. Catch guys in their 40s and sell them their childhood and be comfortable for life.
As a 50 yrs old grown kid I love this channel! Even the ASMR of the toys is satisfying to hear! All the stuff I had or still have! Star Wars and GI Joe were me and my brother’s heaven. MASK and HeMan got thrown in there too. A little bit of everything else from ShoGun Warriors, Battle Star Galactica, Buck Rodger’s 3in figs and some Super Powers Figures. This guy’s collection brought back some great memories and sadness that I sold all my toys as a Teenager thinking I’d moved on only to be brought back into collecting when the Star Wars line came back out in the 90s . Now I’m hooked all over again. Our generation should Never grow up out of toys !
I couldn't imagine having a collection this large. He did well as a kid. My entire GI Joe collection was a Snow Cat, the Bunker and maybe 10 figures...
Man, I do miss Saturday mornings as a kid, eating so much cereal and watching cartoons until around 9-10am and then playing outside all day until the streets lights came on.
Dude kept his stuff in pretty great condition after all these years! Dang. The MUSCLE box sets were my favorite out of his collection. Would also have kept them! :D
Man that Rambo Attack Helicopter brought me some great memories, wish i still had it. Also you love seeing the teams faces when something that is barely found comes in a is in great condition. Super Jealous of that G1 Megs as well.
What a great collection. I broke destroyed or lost nearly every toy I ever had. Had the Ghostbusters hearse and the mico millineum falcon. Brings back good memories
i cringe anytime someone has stored something in their parents attic or basement for 30 yrs. me and my step brother were big collectors as kids. i continued the hobby my entire life and he didnt. he inherited TONS of stuff from his grandpa, the vintage era baseball cards and comic books and everything else you can think of. threw it all in his moisture ridden garage or any other horrific spot he could find and ruined it all. i asked if i could have it when his grandpa died because i knew id preserve it correctly and they said no because it was worth money they wanted to hold onto it. all of it is pretty worthless now and destroyed. it infuriates me. heat and moisture is really just a destroyer of everything
That guy was well loved by his parents to give him all those goodies as a kid. My Mom struggled to get us kids what we wanted, and I appreciated whatever I got, which was good enough. I had friends growing up that would get everything and were spoiled. I always wondered what ever happened to them and their toys and cards.
You are a great seller. The 50% of selling price is standard or if a true rarity comes along you may pay more for your PC. Knowing how to sort and break down a vintage collection very quickly is knowledge that must be paid for.
It’s funny, cuz at the 23:35 mark they’re lamenting the lack of toy stores. Ignoring the fact that the stuff they’re buying and selling GIJoes and Transformers, are the reason toy stores are gone. In the 80-90s, we’d go home and watch those 30-minute commercials. And those commercials pretending to be “shows,” were our baby-sitters. They conditioned us to love on-demand products. Characters get killed off? To make room for the new wave of products! Fast forward 30-40 years, and the internet makes EVERYTHING on-demand. Why would kids want to wait and use their hands? We, the parents, were taught by our parents that minimal interaction is appropriate. Just let the internet, cable’s grandchild, raise the kids.
love reading these comments to all the people who said they lowball and screw everyone could you all please open a shop up in pennsylvania so i can bring some of my stuff in and get full retail you guys have no idea how buisness works and you do realize they people are selling to them everyone know you will always get more if you sell it yourself clearly these people dont have the time or dont want to deal with ebay fees and shipping what im curious about is where do you all shop at cause you realize if your buying something from walmart there probably making 3 to 4 times what they pay for it so are you also leaving comments on walmarts website calling them scam artist i mean you can google walmarts profit from last year was almost a 148 billion dollars but hear you guys are bashing a place that puts out cool content and i get to see toys that i had as a kid love the videos keep it and im glad to see the haters just proves your doing what they cant
It is low-ball. They bought 6 Mando figures no boxes nothing for 3500. The difference, that guy was a hardcore collector that knew what he had. This is worth WAAY more. See those brand new looking boxes of complete Muscle? The styrofoam? The guy got hosed
I like the channel, It's interesting to see how people come together and share stories though these collections. One suggestion, make a table top with wheels to roll out when inspecting toys, So you guys don't have to sit on the floor, I felt bad for the guy in the slacks kneeling down lol he looked uncomfortable.
What was your favorite piece?
The MUSCLE box sets are badass.
What's the price on those Muscle Men sets?
Micro millennium falcon
The stompers you cut out of the video… I know maybe they don’t fetch what action figure will but there are some of us toy car ppl out here too. Lol
Definitely the M.U.S.C.L.E!
Totally agree. Everyone is just super genuine. Interesting. Talented. And have a real joy in the crafting and storytelling around toys.
Less is more
This show is my new addiction, they are all honest regular guys who have a job a lot of us the same age would love to have. Don't change how you do the show or pod, it works cause it's different and i always look forward to the next show.
You’re totally right. I actually find it refreshing not seeing graphics and quick edits all over the place.

10:30: Expression getting MUSCLE in box is priceless. Like a child once again. I really love these videos. You guys do a great job.
Loved this episode, Ryan was literally as excited as a kid in a toy shop. The guy who came in with the trade squatted for most of the time, quads and hamstrings of steel!
That guy had a sweet collection. Great 80's nostalgia across the board and looks in great shape. Great video.
Man i love this channel. It's why I like them. The people like cinncinnati picker, phoenix resale are litterally scum of the earth sell their grandmother for an extra buck.
One of the best episodes. Really enjoyed this one.

Awesome video to wake up too! TF is always fair and reasonable great memories with a lot of those same toys 😊
That guy took good care of his toys…wow! Played with them gently and they are here 40 years later with very few broken parts. Amazing.
And he had one still in the box haha! That amazes me.
Love what the production guy has been doing with the color grading recently, the colors are popping way more than the early vids
Props to his parents for saving all that. My parents unfortunately gave away or threw away all my stuff.
I know and my Dad even complained about his mother throwing away his micky mantle card, and he threw away my centurions!
Look how neat, tidy, smart and together the seller is,im really not surprised his toys are in such a whole state and unbroken .
I gotta say, I havent been watching for long, but this one really got me. A little bit of everything, including some lesser remembered stuff. Favorite one so far.

From the way this guy dresses and talks I'm 100% sure that as kids he would not let me touch his toys 🤣
He was that kid for sure 😀

Great collection of 80's toys and all of it in excellent condition. Can't wait to see what else he brings in.
The 'Special Guest' was simultaneously awkward, fantastic and well advertised!
Also he knew how to duck out😂.
I just came in to get some stuff I needed - had no idea they were filming! Tried not to horn in, but it was such an incredible collection I couldn’t help myself!
The guy in the black t-shirt done a masterclass on letting people speak and not interrupting 👌 great channel subscribed.
This itchy guy had an awesome collection and took great care of it. Bigups his parents.
He was itching because all of that stuff has been in the attic for 30+ years. Insulation itches like no other.
THIS SHOW WAS AMAZING!!! THE JOY YOU GUY'S GIVE ME THIS TRIP AROUND,WAS THE FACT THAT EVERTYTHING THE BOSS MAN PICKED UP, MADE HIM SMILE FROM EAR 2 EAR!!! PRICELESS!!!! I’m always in awe that parents keep their kids stuff. For me, my parents always purged my toys if I wanted others. A garage sale would go towards the new stuff.
I always feel these guys with old toy collections come from wealthy families. I’m not hating on them , just assuming .
That dude selling his old toys had a good childhood, so many cool toys 😮
The stories told along with the excellent editing, make this my new favorite channel. I've been catching up like crazy for the past couple weeks, and I look forward to every new episode. Thank you for the time put in, can't wait to visit the store someday. Fist bumps from Canada :)
I’m impressed at how long that man can squat .
Back of knees would be burning. Just went through this pulling weeds for hours
Wouldnt doubt hes ex military idk why but his demeanor tells me so
Thought the exact same
First five minutes is why we watch. Dream job going through someone’s collection then buying it all. It’s a toy TedX every episode.
ain't gonna lie, just came across this channel today and it brings back so much nostalgia, Love it
Watching grown men going through crates full of old plastic. This is channel is great! I love it. 😊
Wow what a collection!! I love it I'm finally at my parents house in Columbia, SC and after this weekend I can't wait to go to the store this Tuesday!! You guys rock #norepo #love the vintage
That was handsdown the best damn collection of playsets ive seen someone bring in. 😂God bless that guys parents. Great Video

"And I brought in, basically my childhood." That hit me right in the feels.
That was a very fair offer. Seller got a solid check, while you left room on the table for profit. This was a great Saturday video!
What? Lol. Who are you to make such bold claims.
Ryan was truly excited. The smile on his face while going through it all, I have never seen before!
I was going to comment the same thing! This was such a good haul!
Another man of culture who took care of his toys as a kid. *hat tip
No kidding. I melted all my Joes over lightbulbs or magnifying glass. I’m not a psycho btw
Toys are meant to be played with. I destroyed them all. LoL.
He seems like he was a structured kid
He also came from money with all those gi Joe vehicles. They weren't cheap back in the day.
He had some good stuff, them muscle men boxes were great, and the boxed deceptions !!!!!
As a 50 yrs old grown kid I love this channel! Even the ASMR of the toys is satisfying to hear! All the stuff I had or still have! Star Wars and GI Joe were me and my brother’s heaven. Amazing vintage toys. I bought a lot like him at a young age. He was much better at keeping them. Thank you for your content.
14:05 I loved that MASK semi truck as a kid. Well made with a lot of detail
I couldn't imagine having a collection this large. He did well as a kid. My entire GI Joe collection was a Snow Cat, the Bunker and maybe 10 figures...
The Megatron Gun had to be the coolest Transformer as a kid!
Guy woulda took $1000, but im glad they did him right!
Great stuff. Love how you seperate the sections to skip over if I wanted too. Thanks!
Man, I do miss Saturday mornings as a kid, eating so much cereal and watching cartoons until around 9-10am and then playing outside all day until the streets lights came on.
I had the mask boulder hill too, loved that thing.
Dude kept his stuff in pretty great condition after all these years! Dang. The MUSCLE box sets were my favorite out of his collection. Would also have kept them! :D
From the moment I saw his polo tucked into his khakis. I knew those toys were gonna be in good shape
😂
So funny, kids today think throwing on a nice shirt untucked is considered dressing up. My dad would've disagreed.
@@michaelleary9233my Dad(for some odd reason) made my brother and I tuck in our sweatshirts. Made no sense. A sweatshirt? 😂😂
Some really cool stuff in this one. You looked like you where really enjoying going through the stuff, smiling throughout which is good.
maybe it's me, but this "haul" was clean and one of the most nicer toy collections to put back into the wild"!..
Man that Rambo Attack Helicopter brought me some great memories, wish i still had it. Also you love seeing the teams faces when something that is barely found comes in a is in great condition. Super Jealous of that G1 Megs as well.
I miss you guys adding in the old commercials here and there when you come across something fun.😃
That would be fun to see. Maybe it’s just if they can find it?
I appreciate the knowledge of the owner and staff in identifying and sharing facts and information about each piece.
Love videos like this , amazed at how clean most of that stuff is. It's not Saturday without at Toy Fed vid !
Love your content gentlemen! It's like Saturday morning cartoons all over again so thank you 😊
This guy had everything! Lucky kid
That was a dude that looked after his toys as a kid!
"I'm at your mercy" The worst thing you can say. I bet the used car salesmen drool when they see him pull up.
Don’t be so negative. He obviously knew he wasn’t getting screwed by them
The guy had to be the only child. Brothers are generally not nice to other brother's toys.
What a great collection. I broke destroyed or lost nearly every toy I ever had. Had the Ghostbusters hearse and the mico millineum falcon. Brings back good memories

It's actually the opposite of love.
You are a great seller. The 50% of selling price is standard or if a true rarity comes along you may pay more for your PC.
Knowing how to sort and break down a vintage collection very quickly is knowledge that must be paid for.
i've an unusually large soft spot for millions of unusually small creatures lurking everywhere. you can almost imagine this guys childhood playtime
What a great collection. I tried to keep my toys in good shape but played with many of them so much mine were opposite condition of these.

I love finding toys in the original boxes. I know my boxes were torn open and tossed the same day when I was a kid.
love reading these comments to all the people who said they lowball and screw everyone could you all please open a shop up in pennsylvania so i can bring some of my stuff in and get full retail you guys have no idea how buisness works and you do realize they people are selling to them everyone know you will always get more if you sell it yourself clearly these people dont have the time or dont want to deal with ebay fees and shipping what im curious about is where do you all shop at cause you realize if your buying something from walmart there probably making 3 to 4 times what they pay for it so are you also leaving comments on walmarts website calling them scam artist i mean you can google walmarts profit from last year was almost a 148 billion dollars but hear you guys are bashing a place that puts out cool content and i get to see toys that i had as a kid love the videos keep it and im glad to see the haters just proves your doing what they cant

This show really is becoming my "Saturday morning cartoons" equivalent... which I guess was the intent. :)
Ditto. I was waiting for it to drop this week :)
WOW
What a fantastic collection
If he can just match the figures up
When he finds them
The 57' Chevy, 'Hurricane' MASK car is still my favourite. I love it, I miss it, and I want it back! :)
@froggyflips needs those MUSCLE boxes...
I think he has a couple of them ?
Yea he does have a few already I believe
Great video! I hope we get to see the follow up with the Hulk head and all the weapons
Best way to start a Saturday morning
i look forward to these. This was a great one. Guys really nice and wow, what a lucky kid.
IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING, BUT I AM GOING 2 SAY IT, CAN'T WAIT 4 THE NEXT SHOW!!!!!!😁❤
Man this guy had bunch cool stuff and was all so pristine I loved this episode ❤❤🎉
Seeing your excitement when you get toys in where the usually broke pieces aren’t broke is a lot of fun. Everyday must be like Christmas for you!
What a great selection this guy brought in!
that dude time traveled back and picked up his toys before they went missing
He should be displaying these. Some times being an adult sucks. We gotta do what we have to do. 😢
I like the channel, It's interesting to see how people come together and share stories though these collections. One suggestion, make a table top with wheels to roll out when inspecting toys, So you guys don't have to sit on the floor, I felt bad for the guy in the slacks kneeling down lol he looked uncomfortable.
Wow you guys made out like bandits. I'm not knocking ya, I know you have overhead! Great score
I’m having heart palpitations!!! There should have been a warning at the beginning! Love it!!
This channel is becoming on of my favorite to watch
Cool seeing a cameo from Carbon Scoring!
...Great Collection!!...👍...good mix
Collection of the year so far. Don't see too many large collections in that condition anymore
I love the accents in this channel. Usually toy show’s feature people from New York or LA, but not here.
I love watching this guy enjoy a bit of his childhood with every toy.
This guy must have had a great childhood with all those great toys
Your so right about toy stores bro, you need to see it in front of you instead of looking online. The nastalgia is completely different!
That is a well-kept '80s toy collection. It looks like mine
Freakin fantastic episode! Man had some great parents. 😃 👍🏻
