Mine is a 2015. I bought it back in 2018-2019 with 50,000 miles and I’ve only put 30,000 miles on it. My Escalade still looks great because it is garage kept and I only use it for family vacations from Texas to Florida. If you’re looking for a 2015, try and get one with the round wreath in the front. That means it has the A6 and not the A8 transmission. The A6 was more reliable than the A8 when they first came out. Also, here’s a bonus. My Escalade used to belong to the ex Texas Rangers Manager great Ron Washington. 🎉
Oh wow that’s great stuff to know I’ll pin this so other can use it to help with important information like that I know a good bit about Escalades but that is a new one for me so thanks for sharing 👏🤝💯❤️
I actually love the look of the new one a lot! But i understand what you’re saying and yeah the older one has a classier look then the newer one where as the newer one is a little more modern and offroadier then the older one for sure! And dude yessss the chrome on this was gorgeous and usually I’m not the biggest chrome person but i loved and rocked it 💪🏽💯
@@burningblue1254 I’ve actually seen a few new ones with the same amount of chrome as this one but obviously it doesn’t have the classy style of the old one
Still looks VERY MODERN for an 8 year old Luxury SUV!! Hell, the new 3rd-Gen 2007 Cadillac Escalade at the time looked VERY MODERN and SOPHISTICATED, and at the time, the first ever Escalade generation was already 8-Years Old, first debuted in 1999, and it already felt so significantly outdated compared to the new 2007 3rd-Gen!! But this Escalade at 8 years old doesn’t even feel that dated at this age TBH, it’s still relatively modern compared to when the 3rd-gen was first released in 2007 and the 1st-gen was already 8-years old
I totally agree in terms of interior and exterior design it’s aged amazingly and is still beautiful and modern and elegant to look at 100%. What I was saying is and where it starts to feel dated is the tech and safety features but I never said the design of it inside and out felt dated 👏🤝
@@LoganTheeEnthusiast Yeah, but not as significantly dated as how the 8-year old 1999 1st-gen was back in 2007 when the 3rd-gen first debuted. It’s just amazing how far technology has came!!
Man my 2007 black cadillac Dts had heated and cooled seats for both front seats which also massaged and heated steering wheel! I’ve had 5 Cadillacs they always ahead of everybody!
I just bought a 2016 Platinum with 36K miles for $38K. Minus the trade-in for my truck, out the door for less than $30K. The cooler box is refrigerated...the button is in front of the cup holders. I didn't get the ESV version, though.
Ohhh then that’s probably why u were able to find a better deal truth be told if I bought one I wouldn’t bother with the ESV version it’s too big for me lol 😂 👏🤝💯
I have the CUE in my 2016 XTS and have never had one single issue with it. I don’t understand why people have so many “issues” with it. Probably user error. Most people aren’t too smart these days so I guess it’s not surprising..
@@codetwohigh then u must got lucky a lot of people have had found there cue system to be really slow glitchy and sometimes unresponsive but I know Cadillac fixed it in there newer products and perfected it 👏💯
@raybeasts just look it up on the platforms that sell them. Search by price then nationwide. I found mine on car gurus within 10 miles and just pulled up to the dealership thar had it
@raybeasts remember that is about to become an 8 year old truck. 4 transmission speeds and a whole body generation ago. Everyone knows escalade depreciation 25% a year. It's just stupid to buy new unless you really need to stand out and you can claim it on your taxes. 🙄
@@rhoodj good question and listen I’m a Lexus owner so i would probably take the lx570 due to it being more solid and more reliable BUT it really depends on who you are like if your carrying a big family on a road trip and u need the extra space the Escalade will do a lot better and to be fair even tho its not a solid or reliable as the Lexus they can still get up to 200k plus if well taken care of and for most people that’s usually all the miles they wanna keep a car for until they want something fresh and new but if your wanting to keep the car for 15-20 years and u need some space but not a lot then the Lexus will be superior so it just depends on what u need and value more ultimately 💯👏
