Great video! Currently in business building mode, but this plane and exact situation is on my dream board + I live in Kansas City so TH-cam knew I would like this video. Thanks for the visual to a dream

@@coltonwhited535 Kansas City is a great place to own an aircraft. The downtown airport is so centrally located. If you get close to buying a plane and wanna talk it over, feel free to message me.

Nicely done, nice flight, nice information presented, I always like seeing the fuel burn and efficiency/economy shown in videos

Thanks! I watch those engine numbers like a hawk. Should have another video coming up in a week or so. IFR landing in the snow. Stay tuned.

I can relate to the sky broncos. Here in the Phoenix - Tucson corridor, there are so many training flights they're like swarms of bees...... I've heard there are 14 flight schools on Falcon Field alone! Plus, most every airport in the area is used for parachute jumping! Best to just stay away.

@@azcharlie2009 I remember how clueless I was on my first 10+ solo flights. I was a menace! Now I stay away from swarms of training.

Good videos. What was your transition to Cirrus like? What did you train in?

@@stevecarr2154 I did my private in a Diamond DA20. Then, I did instrument in a Diamond DA40. The transition to Cirrus was not as hard as I thought it would be. I did about 5 flights with a CFI in a rented SR20 before I bought the SR22T. I thought the sidestick would be something I would have to get used to, but after like 10 minutes, you don’t even think about it. I think the biggest adjustments were the fact that the Cirrus has faster speeds for everything. Also, when you pull the power out, it drops fast and hard. It doesn’t float like the Diamond does.
