I think Sony really needs to work on this stuff and actually investigate. I got bullied in game by 3 guys, in the beginning I asked them to leave me alone they kept attacking me and bully me. Of course I got mad and fought back and of course I trash talked them. And they reported me for insulting them.....

READ THIS!! So I had received a 7 day suspension for flaming someone on siege after they had trolled me through a whole ranked match. Even though this person was saying much worse things on voice chat then I messaged him, I’m the one that got the ban. As unfair as this was, I’ve learned my lesson. I got banned exactly 7 days ago at 10:40am. I waited until this exact time 7 days later and my account was unlocked. So the people that say they had to wait days after the suspension ended are either lying or didn’t call. I live in America so calling Sony is super easy and they are very helpful. So look at your email about why you were suspended, and the time of the email will be the time your account will unlock 7 or 30 days later. Also I was reading these comments that said you lose games, wallet funds and game progress and this is also not true. It’s only a temporary hold on the account and I just confirmed this. I hope this helps!!

If it says you got temporarily suspended/banned then check your email to see when you will be unsuspended. If someone reports you for virtually nothing then you will be suspended for 7 days then next time it will be 30 days then the third time you will be permanently banned.
I got suspended for the first time(which I still am suspended) for sending a message to a guy confronting him about him and his friend team killing my friends in R6 (I can tell you the guys PSN if you want to know)
