Hi Craig, I'm surprised this really works I thought you could only do that with "fleshy" plants like succulents, aloes, agaves &c I'm going to give this a try😊 Be careful not to give too many secrets away though,😮 you could lose business...
One thing that has been confusing me for months is how and when to remove the leaf cutting from the plant. I have plants growing that still have the original healthy leaf piece just sitting there looking weird. When and how do you remove it safely?
Hey do those trays have holes at the bottom?
Great video Craig, definitely going to try this - I have loads of hardy begonias already but, as you say, I can share with others!
Thanks! Good luck, it’s addictive 😀
WOWWWWW how creative and helpful ❤❤❤❤
Hi Craig hope yr well, thanks for sharing this technique I will definitely try this next spring 2024
No problem, it doesn’t work for all plant but works great on Begonias 👍
Thank you sir ❤️
Thanks for watching 😀

The most enjoyable part of my business is sharing knowledge 😀 Leaf cuttings work great on Begonias.

Thanks Craig l have a go.
No worries, it’s one of my favourite ways to propagate 🌱
What about overwintering these small cuttingplants? 10-12c or roomtemp in winter?? Gonna look up my B. Grandis today...
I overwinter the hardy begonia cuttings at around 5 degrees until they are a bit bigger 👍
@@GrowParadise thx Craig
Can i do this with a monstera leaf?
No, Monstera need to be rooted from stem nodes. 👍
@GrowParadise thanks for answering, have u ever tried lol. I'm trying now. To see what happens.
Would this work with Rhus Typhina?
No, but you can do root cuttings on that 👍
@@GrowParadise : Thank You.
