Did you know these specific clips were filmed the opening night January 26th. It's only pieces of video...And in May of 1988 the entire show was recorded for preservation. It's in the NY library but has a restricted viewing rule.
Yes, the NY Public library has a lot of shows archived (one needs a reason to view them but…if one is…creative…;). Did not know when they filmed the BRoll…very strange to do it opening night!
@gionmusic I know right. And the only way I knew that is I read the catalog and it's logged in there. They also have a full video from 1995 when davis gaines was phantom on broadway and many other videos. Just wish I could see the
