I often operate like Jordan so it’s good to see. I think if you can’t stop what you’re doing for 2 mins to lock in a time with a client or contact then things get lost and things fall through. If everything is in your head to book later or written on a napkin you’ll lose it. Think too of the service to the client. Seller or buyer. I will call or meet you at 3pm Thursday and then you do. You come across put together and professional.
Mat ….don’t call them buyer appointments ….call them “confirmed and booked buyer appointments” and Jordan’s answer can only be “zero”. He’s lucky to have you as his mentor

I think people put way too much emphasis on "appointments" which often mean sweet F-all.
