Per esempio per quanto riguarda il BB o PL, il sollevare carichi pesanti senza incorrere in determinati infortuni, è di solito correlato all'avere attaccature di tendini e articolazioni molto più compatti. Per quanto riguarda invece calisthenics o ginnastica artistica possiamo parlare sia di forza dei tendini, sia anche di elasticità del corpo (se io provassi anche solo a fare uno di quei movimenti, per la struttura che ho, ne uscirei con la spalla distrutta entro pochi mesi di allenamento tanto per farti un esempio)
