My son is 5 and has cerebral palsy but everytime he hears Sydney’s voice, he gets super excited and crawls up to the tv to watch... thank you, Sydney, for motivating me to continue for not only myself, but for my son!!!
My son is 3 months old and loves sydney! I put on the video and he doesnt even pay any attention to me doing the workouts just loves to watch her. He doesnt react the same way to other peoples videos on TH-cam
I remember commenting on the first video that I felt nauseous in the middle of the workout. When I pushed myself to that limit now, I feel great 😁 These workouts really do be flying by though 😆

I've been feeling positive and optimistic for what's to come, which is a lot more than what I can say for how I've been feeling these past 6 months or so, super down on myself because I work my ass off and eat well but weight isn't coming off and it's super frustrating to say the least, and not only spiritually draining but not good for mental health. Don’t ever get deceived by Sydney’s 30 minutes workouts.. She makes you move for the whole 30 minutes and no points for guessing you’ll be drenched in sweat 😅 Amazing workout! 🙌🏼 Burpees set was a killer one for me 😳

To be honest, I sometimes have a hard time pushing myself in AMRAP workouts, so it is a work in progress for me! I did my best, crushed it, and am proud of my effort!!
I totally agree. I try to focus on one of two goals depending on the focus of the round. Either I work to ensure I am completing a full circuit of each exercise per minute or I am working to ensure I am lifting a challenging weight while maintaining form. I struggled with the squat/standing crunch combo this morning. I wasn't sure how to push it for that round.
Crushed it! AMRAP & EMOM’s are my absolute favorite style. Love the fast pace & love how you can still set your own pace hitting reps. The amount of sets I get in go up every time we do this style. Love love love. Thank you!!!! 💜🙏🌻

@@candacedawn357 I agree with you! I managed to lose 40 kg and keep it for 4 years. This whole Covid situation got me depressed and I gained back the 40 kg plus more. However, it's almost a year since I started training with Sydney and I never gave up. Now, one year later I have lost some weight. I'm not were I used to be but I don't want to go back to that skinny I was 😂 I feel stronger and better with myself at the moment and I don't care what other people say or if they refer me skinny or fat. I am sure that If you just take everything step by step and prioritize small goals everytime you will realize in the long run how far you've come ❤️
Slept in a bit this morning and came in fully charged to crush this 30 minute full body AMRAP. I mentally had to dig deep to just keep going today. Push to your limits in this one! We are strong! Now let's get stronger 💪❤💪
Staying the course is definitely the goal! I just lost my job so my activity level has decreased significantly. Fighting everyday to not eat my feelings and over exercise to compensate
It feels GOOD to be back. I was SO sick for like a week and a half but yesterday I listened to your TED TALK ,Sydney about resilience and I can 💯 say I'm coming back in stronger ,with a body well rested!

Amrap!! This one right here.... burpees are a challenge for me, even the shoulder press and plank. Worth the challenge, I just can't help but to keep pushing myself!! Crushed it and you will too!!
I found this one to be really balanced. The hardest set was still do-able, vs me gawking at Sydney’s ability while I flail and gasp. Always grateful for a 30 minute quickie!
I need to be honest. I have a permanent back injury...you’re other programs I have been able to follow along and swap out mod’s...this one doesn’t seem to have as many. Though I am at the same fitness level, some days, I just can’t move right for my first waking hour or two(and don’t have the time to wait). Making sure that all moves have SOME way to tone down would help, especially on days like today...I could only do 15 minutes (and I’m usually good for an hour PLUS). Just food for thought. Thank you for all you do, Sydney!
Love the motivational speeches at the end. The most important thing I learned is our health journey won't be linear, there will be inconsistency but if we still the course, we'll see the changes.
Love the intensity today!!! Last circuit again the toughest!!! Sydney On point with weight going up and down and how it’s better to be patient with a slower process for the long haul. My weight fluctuates week to week but I have noticed an the end of each week the number is getting lower !!! Slow and steady everybody !!!! Crush it !!!!💪🔥
Thanks Sydney for your words of wisdom today. I needed it! I am 56 and have been doing your workouts everyday for a year. I eat for healthy and all of a sudden I put three pounds on. I am beating myself up. Trying to limit my food intake. Then I heard your words today on going up and down and up and down but still hitting my goals. Now I realize this is more hormonal than diet. I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders. Not that I won’t keep doing shoulder presses 😂😂!

STF 3.0 Day 18! I love AMRAP!!! That med ball/shoulder tap/push up/ burpee circuit about did me in🥵. All in all it was crushed!

Amrap!! This one right here.... burpees are a challenge for me, even the shoulder press and plank. Worth the challenge, I just can't help but to keep pushing myself!! Crushed it and you will too!!

I found this one to be really balanced. The hardest set was still do-able, vs me gawking at Sydney’s ability while I flail and gasp. Always grateful for a 30 minute quickie!
That burpee circuit and last circuit was tough. Still breathing heavy. Staying on the course with you Sydney.

I need to be honest. I have a permanent back injury...you’re other programs I have been able to follow along and swap out mod’s...this one doesn’t seem to have as many. Though I am at the same fitness level, some days, I just can’t move right for my first waking hour or two(and don’t have the time to wait). Making sure that all moves have SOME way to tone down would help, especially on days like today...I could only do 15 minutes (and I’m usually good for an hour PLUS). Just food for thought. Thank you for all you do, Sydney!

Love the motivational speeches at the end. The most important thing I learned is our health journey won't be linear, there will be inconsistency but if we still the course, we'll see the changes.

Love the intensity today!!! Last circuit again the toughest!!! Sydney On point with weight going up and down and how it’s better to be patient with a slower process for the long haul. My weight fluctuates week to week but I have noticed an the end of each week the number is getting lower !!! Slow and steady everybody !!!! Crush it !!!!💪🔥

Thanks Sydney for your words of wisdom today. I needed it! I am 56 and have been doing your workouts everyday for a year. I eat for healthy and all of a sudden I put three pounds on. I am beating myself up. Trying to limit my food intake. Then I heard your words today on going up and down and up and down but still hitting my goals. Now I realize this is more hormonal than diet. I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders. Not that I won’t keep doing shoulder presses 😂😂!
