The part about the teeth is so true! I've been wearing braces for two years now and I can remember certain periods when I was forcing myself not to smile just because I was insecure about my braces being stained or if it looked creepy. I'm now two months away from getting the braces off and I'm starting to get as comfortable as ever with my smile!

I still have acne but I drink loads of water and have a healthy diet. I’ve been to multiple specialists and doctors about my acne, I’ve tried hundreds of skincare routines, moisturisers, acne clearers, washes etc. but nothing has worked I’ve still got them and as a young teen it really affects your mental health. So it’s not that easy to get a good skincare routine sometimes it can be but for other like myself it takes me years to get a really good product that actually helps.
Can you do a video on where to get the clothes for your aesthetic.

I actually got braces during Covid. A time when we had to wear masks anywhere we went. Then once the masks came off and people saw how perfect my teeth were it was totally worth it haha

Great video, only issue is what cab i do about Teenage acne, im almost 17 and have done eveything to try and get rid of my acne and nothing works.
Alex what do you think about curling your eyelashes as a guy? I’m doing it lately and it’s attractive if your lashes are long and curled.
Really great tips. I actually implemented all of them in my life (With a exception for the teethwhitening that I just can't afford and it's not recommended for eveyone.) and I truelly feel better and people tell me that I look good to. A downside to the Whoop though is that it's pretty expensive (30 Euro's a month) and that you have to take a subscription for at least a year. Skincare is also a pretty expensive thing. It is a good tip, but not everyone has the money for that.
that should give you extra motivation to earn money but I definitely get what you’re saying
@henry7486 it's a pretty unrealistic and ridiculous thought to go earn more money to get your teeth whitened or get skincare products or anything else from this list. But of course you don't know my or someone else's situation.

The issue with Invisalign is that it's certainly a time commitment. Gotta have it on 20-22 hours per day and you can't eat or workout with it on.

If you want white teeth get a good toothpaste and brush all around and brush your teeth twice a week with baking soda and brush your teeth day and night
And if your teeth aren’t straight then use Invisalign

I had this problem that i wanted to get fitter. but fitness is just not for me. i just find another sport that works for me. i do paddle. its fun and get me moving and its a lot of fun that i can do with my friends. so if you are like me just find something that perfect for you. experiment maybe sports like running or bike is for you or like me you like more team sports. if you enjoy what you do its easy te get fit.

With teeth thing I agree , I lost my smile but I'm broke and father wouldn't let me fix it , he only don't have money but have money for drinking
Don’t get veneers unless you have weak sensitive teeth. You can always take off but never put back. They are expensive and need maintenance every 10-12 years so not worth it if your teeth are strong. Just straighten and at most whiten them carefully.
