Junior year of high school, the summer before, I went to the gym, learned how to style my hair, found my style, figured out how to be confident and started to talk more. 5/6 of these I have used and all of them worked! Time and time again my friends come to me and tell me there is another girl that likes me that just builds my confidence. I’d have to say thank you to Alex for this progress.

I have spent years and years and years on self-improvement. Every time I reach a certain level, I realize that there is so much more. I am 40, and if I now look back to when I was 20 or 25, there is so much change.
One thing I must work on is eye contact, which at the moment isn't consistent. I have also started acknowledging that not every day will be the same. It is ok to sometimes feel miserable, low, or underconfident temporarily. I mustn't beat myself up for feeling that way. Acknowledge and move on.
