I love you guys. I got pregnant watching your journey when you were around 24 weeks and then I lost my baby at 15 weeks. Still get all the positive energy from your videos.. please say little prayer for my baby in heaven.
i’m so sorry!! it’s hard to believe (and maybe you’re not even religious), but God called your baby home when He was ready. i wish you the best and i hope that you are able to cope and heal from this horrible experience. good luck with everything, i’ll keep you and your family in my prayers ❤️
I love your love! Milo is so lucky to be born into such a tight-knit family with 2 parents who clearly adore each other. My granddad used to say “one of the best things a man can to for his children is to love their mother”
I love your videos and hearing about your experience on this journey. My grown kids are in their mid 20's and thinking back to my pregnancy with my eldest when I was exactly your age Lucie and its just so different! We didn't have conversation about being ready, we had been married 10 months, had a fun night out at a small concert and a few drinks, and voila 2 weeks later I missed my very regular period. We were shocked. Got myself that What to Expect When you are Expecting book and that was pretty much it. I would have LOVED to have had the internet, these type of youtube videos to watch etc. Plus all the technology and information we have now that we didn't in 1994. Even though Im in my 50s now I love watching your videos. You guys are such a cute family
I love that you did all the testing with Michael! I did with my husband as well. We were actually on vacation, and bought the test together, and I tested with him in the other room (we don’t pee in front of each other). I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
That was too adorable to watch, especially knowing that the both of you were anxious to not get the other’s hopes up! So sweet!! Congratulations Lucie & Michael! It was so fun to be pregnant along side you - cheers to long, healthy lives for both of our baby boys!
This is so helpful to hear as I’m about 4-5 years behind you in both relationship length and age, the things you considered before “trying” are very thoughtful!
We’re one week ahead of you guys and getting ready to meet our daughter. We also chose to find out together and I’m so glad we did - it was such an amazing bonding experience and also helped us each with our nerves in the moment.
I did the same thing with the line tests!! We did 4 of them and then got another type that said pregnant or not pregnant because I had zero trust! (We are pregnant!)
Omg you’re so cute. Skinny legend in that clip to you testing !! I think it’s adorable he was also a part of all this lol. So supportive, patient and sweet
Hi! My mother actually runs one of the only organization in the world that helps people with CAH (Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia) if you are interested. It’s called CARES Foundation and can be such a helpful resource. Thank you for sharing!
I have a question. Why do women want to get pregnant? Pregnancy puts a lot of strain on a woman's body, and it has risks, and a pregnancy lasts 9 months. Also, childbirth is very painful. And also, raising children is very hard. Personally, I think being childfree would be a lot better than having children, but that's just my opinion.
Because it’s a natural desire for a Woman to nurture at some point. It’s much harder to « supress » that feeling rather than just go throught the pain AND joy of carrying life
@@cks7548 Let’s say hormones because it’s a visual example. Men Are supposed to have a rising in Testosteron whilest woman have other hormones that lead them to puberty. Those hormones are supposed to transform us biologicaly and mentaly: we suddently want sex, pubic hair, bodily changes… and it would be much harder to supress all those things by taking meds than to just Go with it. Being ready to receive a baby is just a part of the process I juste explained because our entire body and cycle is preparing itself to receive a baby since we entered puberty. Suppressing that need would just be unnatural for many and almost impossible. It would mean suppressing it every month during your child-bearing ages..

Is there anything private anymore? I'm sorry to tell you, but the feelings you think you had , "energy" wise, thats q big no. You convinced yourself you were feeling that. This is just the strangest video I've ever seen. 😳

It must have been so hard. I'll keep you and your baby in my prayers today. ♥️
Prayers for you and your sweet little one!
I don’t think you can ever be 100% ready for a baby but all the prep you did was awesome!
Michael is super articulate! He gives such thoughtful answers.

It’s amazing how women know they’re pregnant so early! I’ve heard so many stories like yours
When Michael hugged you, I felt like he hugged us. His calming demeanor is what the world needs more of.
So nice to see another couple who want to take the test together, my husband would be gutted to miss the moment!

She had her baby at 37 weeks, I believe.
I did the same thing with the line tests!! We did 4 of them and then got another type that said pregnant or not pregnant because I had zero trust! (We are pregnant!)
